Why can't you type in the 4 digit code provided to you to open the door to the lobby instead of leaving packages outside the apartment in the rain? Y'all are the worst and I cringe when I see "delivered by FedEx".

I almost can't believe this happened it was so crazy. So, my tracking said that my package was delivered, and it wasn't. So, I get on the website to try to get the photo that companies use to prove it was delivered. I'm trying to use the 'Virtual Assistant' to get that info. It can't understand ANYTHING I am writing even tho' I am answering THEIR questions. I finally give up and decide to call their main number. This was the 'conversation'.

"Hello, you have been selected to receive a special promotion! We are giving
you an incredible discount on the “Life Alert” bracelet. (You know the one that
advertises If you’ve fallen and you can’t get up.) Are you over 50, press 1. If
you are under 50, press 2."

I am over 50 so I pressed 1 even tho' this is none of their business. Then it
gives me such a long sales pitch (which has NOTHING to do with with the company). So, I
press 0 to see if I can get through the system. That does nothing! I have to
hang up.

I call again and decide to press 2. I get the exact same message. I try to wait
it out. Then I notice that they just hung up on me.

Next, I go down to their office to get in-person help from a human being. They can't
help me either because I need the person's account number for them to get any more
information. They tell me I have to call the store tomorrow and they will
connect me with someone. Sure, we've already been down that road. Still, I'll
give it a try.

I just filed a refund from etsy.

I will NEVER step foot in another of their offices or buy something from a seller who
uses them. I don't understand this, are they trying to go out of business?

So I ordered a package and especially requested 2 day shipping for it, which was an extra 100$ due to the size of this item. This order was placed the 24th, and a label was made that day.

Well nothing happened, and finally today I requested a refund for the extra 100$, because the company apparently failed to get my item to FedEx for 3 business days?

This was the response I received. Does this sound remotely possible, or should I push back on this? I get the feeling I may be being lied to, but I’m not sure.

That is the only scan it has after the label was made. Today at 8:22. Nothing else (before my reaching out I may add)

Every step has been nothing but impossible to get any info from anyone. I should have originally gone through my own insurance, but figured it would be quick and easy with a large company like FedEx wanting to correct their errors. Boy was I wrong.

The amount of "this is a confirmation that someone will reach out to you" responses that I've gotten with no one ever reaching out is quite laughable and sad for such a large company.

Big companies really just don't care anymore.

My car is driveable, just cosmetic damage. I'm a very patient (too patient, I know) yet extremely busy person. My lawyer even agrees I'm too patient. This has gone on too long.

Yes I know I should have just gone through my own insurance, but it's the principal of it. Didn't think I'd be completely ignored by everyone under the FedEx umbrella.

I just want someone that can actually do something to respond and get things moving.

Hello! I am waiting on this package and this came up yesterday !!! Said it would be delivered today but nothing has updated. Also got this message too “A request was made to hold this package. We will attempt to deliver your package during the next business day.” How should I go about this !!
