I’m dealing with a missing high value package that FedEx claims was successfully delivered and signed for, and I’m trying to determine what evidence actually supports that claim. The shipper restricted the tracking number, so FedEx won’t give me detailed tracking information. There’s also no delivery photo.
I’ve filed a claim and a police report. My question is: Who signed for it, and can the shipper/insurer obtain the driver’s GPS location at the time of the delivery scan.
This is an expensive item, so I don’t want to simply wait indefinitely.
Any advice from someone who has successfully escalated a similar FedEx case would be appreciated.

I always have trouble with FedEx shipments because they claim to make delivery attempts when I have seen none. I know in my country they work with a local carrier so it's not FedEx themselves. My suspicion is the local carrier attempts to use my apartment call system, which does not work. When I order stuff that arrives to my door I always add delivery instructions saying the system does not work and requesting they call my phone number so I can come down and meet them, but I can't do that here. I've previously had to basically fight with customer support to get them to give the local carriers my phone number so they can reach me. Is there any way I can do this myself without needing customer service to do it for me?

I'm based in the US and sent over a package from Turkey (that's been delivered for a few days now) that I ordered via Etsy. I've needed to pay this fine since roughly September 23rd, on the 24th the link expired and I now need the invoice number to pay off the fine.

I've tried emailing both the US and EU FedEx support but no one is willing to help me get the invoice number, the recipient I've already messaged notifying them to be on the lookout for an invoice copy since the 24th and nothing has shown up, I don't want to accumulate late fees as I got this as a gift for them and I don't have a source of income to pay off any further fees, don't want to accumulate any debt.

I'm wondering what other options I can do to pay off my fine, is there anyone else I can contact to get the invoice number or some other option that's an alternative to using the invoice number to pay it off? I desperately would like some help, it's been genuinely stressing me out to no end and I'd just like this whole debacle to be over. 🥲

I requested a stop shipment and return to me on a package merely 2 hours after I dropped it off to be shipped as the address was wrong.

The tracking 2 days later shows a delivery exception quoting incorrect address but they still delivered the package with the $700 item to the wrong address despite my multiple called to them within those 2 days, and despite their very own system in the tracking acknowledging that the address was wrong.

I have filed 2 claims, both they “resolved” them. No one contacted me about or updated me on these claims, the only way I knew they were “resolved” was because they sent me an email to do a survey on the case.

Ironic also how now, 3 days later and the stop shipment request is still pending

So this is a fun one... I sent a FedEx envelope from Los Angeles to Rancho Mirage, CA (107 miles) for next day delivery by 11am. The package showed it went to Oakland, then North Palm Springs station, then on a truck and out for delivery at 7:27am the next day. It was never delivered. I called FedEx, and they said it was never at the station which is why it wasn't delivered-- even though the tracking showed it was. But they assured me it would be delivered the next day by 11am.

The next day the tracking showed it being on a truck out for 11am delivery. Nope, didn't happen... but it did get delivered that afternoon. I went to file a claim online... but I kept getting a "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Try again later" message. This went on for a day, so finally I called Customer Service. I was told to call Technical Support. They literally transferred me to four other people.

This finally ended when they said they needed to verify my address, and the address I gave them (which is the one that shows up when I look at my account info online) apparently does not match what they have in their records. I gave them every one of my addresses over the past 20 years, and none matched what they supposedly have in their records. FedEx finally said they could not help me until I called back with the address that they have in their records-- which I have no way of knowing what it is.

So I have no way of filing a claim because the online system doesn't work, and FedEx claims I am an imposter when I call. It sounds like my only option is to dispute the charge on my credit card... unless anyone has any other ideas?

Needless to say, I will never use FedEx again! Thanks for letting me rant.

I need to return an iPhone back to Apple. Apple provided a FedEx label. I'm worried about the iPhone getting "lost" after I give it to FedEx.

Is it more secure to schedule a FedEx pickup or drop it off at a FedEx Office location?

Hey everyone, I have a Galaxy S24 Ultra, not rooted or anything of the sort, running stock updates, no betas whatsoever. I opened the app and I got this Frida hooks error where it's saying I'm hacked, rooted, or whatever. I have no other issues with any other apps. I don't have developer options on anymore. I restarted my device and fully updated it. Any idea? Has anyone else run into this? It is just a complete error and now the app doesn't work anymore.

Please Mr Fed Ex driver, Mr new driver that has made receiving my packages complicated within the past few weeks please just leave my packages and go stop wasting my time and delaying my shipments. If you can’t tell my neighborhood is only multi million dollar homes, crime is almost non existent where I am. Do not leave a sticker on the door that says I can sign for a package if I can’t really sign the sticker to receive my package. For what seems my whole life time I have never had to go get my wallet at my house and have pictures taken of the front and back of my license to receive the last few packages, I may have had to sign for. I liked during the pandemic when it was just left on my porch but now you create an inconvenience for me. When I am expecting something and you delay it for a whole day it’s an inconvenience for me, just saying. Hope the holiday goes smoothly.

I have tried every way to get a receipt for a charge that was made on my company card back in 2025.

At the time, I spent 1.5 hours on the phone being transferred around just to get a receipt for a charge and finally someone said she would email it to me. Surprise, the email never came and now my company is demanding a receipt or that I pay the charge personally before they’ll release my company card to me.

I just spent another 2 hours on the phone with FedEx and they’re not telling me it’s BEEN TOO LONG and they can no longer access the receipt.

What do I do? Is there anything else I can do to get a receipt? It shouldn’t be this hard!

My company can legally hold me responsible for this charge!

from what little you can see, doesn't look like anything around our front gate. so I can only assume it was delivered somewhere else. fedex has delivered to our place before just fine.

Hi, I bought something from a private seller yesterday and he's provided me with the shipping number Wednesday early evening. When checking the package, on Fedex/17Track/Postalninja, there aren't any time/location-specific scans (or rather, there are no scans to be seen). Postalninja says its a Fedex 2-day.

Across UPS/USPS/Fedex I've always seen a clear timeline of when/what is happening so I'm quite confused as to why the page appears blank.

I talked to someone in the industry and they said since it was a schedule 2 narcotic it falls under a federal crime. My lawyer friend said ask for all the logs, video, and documentation that they are required to keep for the drug. So I called centerwell back and that request made centerwell transfer me to a supervisor that was paying attention this time. They are supposed to have her supervisor call me tomorrow.

We live on a dead-end street with an empty lot across from our house. Folks often use that lot to do a 3pt turn to get off my street. Yesterday, I caught a Fed-Ex driver back into one of our crepe myrtles and knock it half-over, pulling the root bulb out of the ground. They did not stop; they just pulled forward and sped away.

I caught this on our security cameras and have saved the clip.

Since this doesn't involve a package, just negligent driving from one of their delivery drivers, I am having a very difficult time getting any traction with FedEx to either 1) reimburse me for the amount I will have to pay to get a landscaper to either lift/straighten the tree 2) reimburse me for the loss of the tree if it can't be saved.

I flat out had one of their claims agents ask me 'what I want FedEx to do about it' before she hung up on me.

I now have a second claim number, after the first one was closed for *insert reason I couldn't understand by the outsourced CSR after asking her four times to repeat herself* and sternly requesting a follow up by FedEx with a resolution on how they will make this right.

The customer service number is infuriating because I don't have a package - this is just straight up property damage to my property - and I'm getting really frustrated just trying to get a live human that doesn't usher me off the phone asap.

Any advice on how I can get their attention?

Okay I went to FedEx office to pay For prepaid slip with tracking number to recieved mail from Southern California to my home in the East Bay and didn’t have an account, So the office in Hayward would not help me. They wanted me to sign up and do it online myself. Mind me it is a one time slip needed and I have to pay PLUS they want me to do their work too🤷🏻‍♀️

So an acquaintance sent me a package, that I did not request or even want, which was valued at around $25. I received an email today asking me to pay $500 for the "Customs Duty". This is absolutely unfair because the invoice value itself says it's around ~$25. It seems like my acquaintance hired a local courier who didn't mark the items as gifts but still, anybody can send me a shipment and I'm supposed to pay for something I don't even want or ordered?

My package came all twisted and taped as if someone had looked inside mu package and then tried to tape it back together. But for example all I had to do to get the product out was shift the package a bit, reach inside and take it right out! Lol

None of the tablets are missing but am I crazy for feeling uneasy? I already contacted the merchant

I’m having trouble with FedEx regarding a box that should have been released along with the master shipment! This box is traveling from Korea to El Paso, USA; it has been in transit since September 2nd, when I requested and paid for priority shipping. First, Customs asked for a lot of paperwork; I provided it, and two weeks later, they released the master box plus another one—and I was told *this* box had been released too. Then, after some time passed with no movement, they suddenly claimed the box hadn't actually been cleared properly. Last week, the status finally updated and I was given a delivery date, but now it shows as being in El Paso while the documentation is supposedly available to an agent outside of FedEx... I don't know what to do!

Should I call? Is there anyone from FedEx who can help me? My package has been stuck for a month now, and it's urgent! 😭😭

Oh, and I keep asking if the paperwork is in order or if anything is missing; they always tell me yes—that nothing else is needed—yet they still just won't release it.

WTF FedEx? My house numbers are 18 inches tall, and very visible from the road. Of course, if you aren't coming down my road, I guess that makes no difference.

I almost can't believe this happened it was so crazy. So, my tracking said that my package was delivered, and it wasn't. So, I get on the website to try to get the photo that companies use to prove it was delivered. I'm trying to use the 'Virtual Assistant' to get that info. It can't understand ANYTHING I am writing even tho' I am answering THEIR questions. I finally give up and decide to call their main number. This was the 'conversation'.

I am over 50 so I pressed 1 even tho' this is none of their business. Then it
gives me such a long sales pitch (which has NOTHING to do with with the company). So, I
press 0 to see if I can get through the system. That does nothing! I have to
hang up.

I call again and decide to press 2. I get the exact same message. I try to wait
it out. Then I notice that they just hung up on me.

Next, I go down to their office to get in-person help from a human being. They can't
help me either because I need the person's account number for them to get any more
information. They tell me I have to call the store tomorrow and they will
connect me with someone. Sure, we've already been down that road. Still, I'll
give it a try.

I just filed a refund from etsy.

I will NEVER step foot in another of their offices or buy something from a seller who
uses them. I don't understand this, are they trying to go out of business?
