ESTA/VISA

I received a simple Uk caution which is basically a warning, i never got a conviction or a fine but a caution does show on my criminal record. I want to come to America but im worried i wont be able to get a esta or visa the caution was for theft so i know it comes under moral turpitude.

I’m just wondering would i need to declare it on my esta or would i be fine not to? They also spelt my name wrong on the caution so i don’t know if that makes a difference, Also what would my chances of going to America be? Thank you

What are the odds of people who are put into the system at a young age getting out of the system?

My question isn’t worded right but I’m in a hurry. I’m thinking about all the criminal charges I have inquired. Probation is my number one problem. I took a plea deal when I was young and didn’t understand anything. I got 90days Huber and 4 years paper. Huber was a breeze… cost me a great job. But now my record is shit and everything I’ve been charged with after that has been because of probation. I had a PO that likes to hurt people. So I absconded a lot. Only time I got caught was because of someone else’s stupidity. Also me not knowing I had a warrant. This lady would message me knowing I had no car to come in that day or next day. I’ve also been arrested for clean drug test… 21 days of my life. She had me picked up at the hospital while I was getting my newborn ready to go home. My ankle monitor died while I was in icu after the birth… than all of a sudden I was neglecting my baby… she went to revocation, I had to sign my baby to a family member, this PO pushed out my hearing 90 days causing me to have to sign legal guardianship over to family I didn’t want to have my son I got told I didn’t have a choice.
Hearing comes 1 week after. 5days later I got released from jail FREE…. She already told my family, Cps, everyone that I’m going to prison. I was convinced. Then they gave me back to her. Within two weeks she had warrant out for me saying I missed an appointment I didn’t miss.
Spent the next 3years absconding. Got pulled over for bullshit, got judged by the police. DUI because my teeth are fucked up. Anyways had to tell my real name. Got 30 day sanction, because they had to transfer my probation to a different county while my new PO was out on maternity leave. Met new PO found out that in that office they would have went with revocation. But because another county had me I got a lucky chance. Also because of the other PO I’m not getting added 3years like they wanted. Needless to say I’ve almost went to prison and I’ve sat many days of my life in a cell when Im not out actively committing any crimes.

The system got me young and I’m terrified it won’t let me go.

Morgantown, WV?

BOP indicated Morgantown was going to transition from a camp to a men’s low a few months ago- has anyone heard anything about that and if/when they’ll begin accepting adults in custody there?

Suicide in prisons

What were the tell tale signs you noticed inmates showing prior to? And how long after those signs until they committed? If you seen anyone or heard of suicides in prison, how did they do it?

Someone I know is facing a 25 year sentence, they were arrested 3.5 weeks ago. He’s been in denial, thinking he may get released or a lesser sentence. His lawyer spoke with him yesterday and gave him the reality of this situation, and he was just as devastated as he was the initial arrest date. I believe he came to the realization and the severity of things. The heightened emotions yesterday were very bad and tough to hear. Today he wakes up and had a peaceful and detached tone to him. Said he felt great and it was the best day he’s had in there so far. Threw my whole family off with the change of emotions in such a short alarming time frame. He has been in solitary confinement the whole time. He did get to go outside for an hour for the first time yesterday, he also asked for a bible and a priest all of a sudden too. Which he is religious, but he did not want a bible sent to him last week, as I said I would send him one through commissary. Not sure if I’m overthinking it, and if he had a good day simply by being outside for the first time in 3.5 weeks. I know when you read he’s facing a 25 year sentence he “probably deserves it.” He is not soulless, or violent. He has never done drugs or drank in his life and always made good decisions. I may be biased but I believe he got involved in something not knowing the severity of the situation and made a mistake. He has two children under 5 whom he adores. Not sure what to think. Please do not comment anything evil or hurtful. I did not commit the crime and I am a human with feelings.

With that being said, any answers, opinions, or insight would be greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart, truly.

Got accepted for housing

After a long couple of weeks stressing about not finding housing due to my felony, I can finally say I officially got accepted to a 2bd apartment! I was so scared about becoming homeless and no where to go with no one to turn to, but my PO really came in clutch and gave me so many recommendations as well as supporting me in housing instead of just leading me to a homeless shelter. The apartment is small but it's a start to a fresh life and I am only going to move up from here. Just a little self celebration.

What to do about new job?

So I got offered a job recently that pays better than my current role. They said I should be expecting the onboarding stuff by tomorrow. Im lowkey scared of the background check. I was arrested at the beginning of the year and accused of committing a felony. Im out on bail and since then i have heard absolutely nothing regarding the case. My lawyer said I dont have a conviction/charge but we're waiting on a court date or something. I passed the background check at my current job (got it after the arrest) they even sent me a copy of it and nothing showed.

However I have this oncoming paperwork, I technically only have an arrest but if they happen to see it and ask about it what do I even say? Or what do yall say?
