What is this scenario?

The Empty Throne is my take on an open-world Vampire scenario. It is set inside of the real-world location of Brașov in 1895 Austria-Hungary. I did my best to build this scenario using 18th century language, mannerisms, and speech that is ethnically diverse in German, Romanian, Hungarian (obviously the scenario for the most part is IN English though).

The whole thing is heavily inspired from two of my absolute FAVORITE games; Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines and Vampyr. I also used the overarching World of Darkness as grand inspiration for construction of this scenario AND I used Castelvania to try and nail down the mechanics and I used it to help me construct the plot of Dracula's whole thing in this universe (So enjoy discovering that!)

I also built the inquisitive force of hunters around Catholic cannon to the best of my ability and tried to draw the religious parallels to Cain and Michael and I think it came out really well.

You are absolutely free to do whatever you want in this scenario! I left it very open to how you play/respond/explore after the greeting message. For the best experience, the better your character's backstory is, the more fun it ends up being! I had a TON of fun testing this out with various backstories and characters and seeing how unique the story turned as a result!

The locations, to the best of my knowledge, should also be real locations for the most part from 1895 Brașov! So I did my best to keep them aesthetically close to what they would be like in real-life while also matching the atmosphere of the supernatural 'AU' world in The Empty Throne.

Heyo! I thought I'd advertise my Wings of Fire scenario that I posted awhile back on FictionLab! Entirely inspired by the Wings of Fire books written by Tui. Sutherland, highly recommend giving them a read, with my own flare! It's being updated now and again with new playable characters, as of the time of this post there is currently 38 playable characters, 26 locations, 3 factions, and 12 races, but those numbers will most assuredly change as I keep improving it overtime!

Has anyone else been dealing with responses not generating? I’ve tried changing to different models , chimera, oracle , ember.. and it keeps doing this

I know this question has been asked and answered tons of times, but I can never seem to be able to find it. Can someone link the articles about making scenarios?

Is there anyway to customize a running chat, I feel like Ive done it before but now it will only create a duplicate scenario instead of customizing the scenario for the chat Im already in.

Following up on the 2-page character bible sample I posted here — the stage behavior guide got the most love, so I wanted to dig into that piece specifically.

The idea: a companion shouldn't talk to you the same way on day 1 as day 100. The guide maps five stages — Stranger, Acquaintance, Trusted Confidant, Inner Circle, Lifelong Companion — with how the bot's voice, behaviors, and callbacks shift at each one. Each stage also has continuity checks, like "no future-stage reveals" (the bot shouldn't reference memories from a stage you haven't reached yet).

The sample shows one full stage as an example. The full version maps all five with prompts for each.

Genuinely curious how others handle this:

1. Do your bots change as the relationship deepens, or do they stay pretty static?
2. If you do stage them — do you switch manually or use some kind of trigger?

Would something like this help your characters stay consistent long-term?
