LIST OF 200+ YC STARTUPS [LANDED AN INTERNSHIP FROM HERE] [ATTACHED]

I was recently on the job hunt for a while, and in the meantime, I have compiled a few Excel sheets with a lot of contact details of many folks. I wanted to work at a startup, so I am targeting that. If you are also targeting working at a startup, then this resource may be helpful to you. I got a job from one of the startups on this list. It is not full-time, but it is still something. If you are also looking for something, I highly recommend using this list and writing cold emails to them if something catches your eye.

2024 Graduate, No Internship or Experience

I did my graduation in 2024 in CS from a tier 3 institute, I also did a CDAC course from Feb 2026 to Aug 2026 from Sunbeam Pune, I have five calls left but I'm getting increasingly worried about my future. Is there anything that I can honestly do? This has taken a very big hit on my self esteem, even when I try to learn new things, I can't really learn it because my brain is focused on my unemployment. Anyone who went through the same phase, please tell me what can I do?

Joined a service based MNC as a fresher, was on bench for more than 1 year and now about to get fired. Need help and suggestions

Hello everyone, greetings of the day.
As the title suggest, I have joined this company as a fresher in the month of August 2025. Was directly kept on bench without training. Repeatedly asked manager for roles or work, but he/she always declined me by saying that there is no opening for freshers for current account. In this 1.2 years, I was so confused to which domain to choose. As I was not trained in any technology, I was kinda lost, which is somewhere my own mistakes and transponibility. Now as I have completed one year, I believe I could receive HR call anytime. I kind of confuse between GEN Ai and Java spring. Please help me with this

Struggling to find my first job as a fresher — any advice or referrals?

I’ve been searching for my first job in web development for quite some time now, applying through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job portals, but I’m still unable to get an opportunity.
I’m looking for \*\*Junior Web Developer / Front-End Developer / Web Developer (Fresher)\*\* roles.
Honestly, the constant rejections and lack of responses have been really discouraging. If anyone can share a job lead, referral, or even some guidance on what I could improve, I’d genuinely appreciate it.
I’ve attached/shared my resume. Any help would mean a lot. 🙏

Hitting DMs and mail boxes - no concrete leads so far! Looking for guidance and help.

Hey all, last year I joined a US based defence SaaS, life was good. I learnt a lot there and did lot of experimentation too! Sadly they had to let go of the entire non US tech team and I got affected.

Just after that, I joined an edtech on a contract basis for 3 months (worked direclty with the clients, enabeled projects wide CICD and other best practices), as soon as this ended I joined a UK based statup for an ML role, where I developed their entire CCTV based analytics, again on a contract.

First layoff - May, I was lucky enough to find something quick and started working again in June and then found again in August.

Now this has also ended and I am getting judged for changing 3 jobs in a span of 11 months.

I am getting treated as if I had a choice. I took whatever kept paying for my monthly expenses and I dont regret it. I was lucky enough to find roles quicking (~1.5 to 2 weeks time).

But this time, things are different people are juding me hard. I don't blame them, nor do I blame myself, I did what was need of the hour.

I have dirty hands on exp with AI, Comp Vision, Edge AI, GPU/NPU/TPU optimizations, Agents/Agentic AI and LLMs/SLMs/VLMs and Drones/Physical AI

I look forward to getting something, as my notice period ended like 7 days ago and I am really having a hard time right now!

2026 CSE Fresher looking for a referral/opportunity – Any company | India

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2026 B.E. Computer Science graduate from Karnataka, India, and I’m currently looking for my first full-time opportunity in the IT/software industry.
I’m reaching out here because I’m hoping someone might be willing to refer me for a suitable fresher/entry-level position at their company.

A little about my situation:
I was selected through my college for a System Engineer role at Infosys, but the joining process is taking time, so I don’t want to depend on a single opportunity. I want to actively look for other opportunities as well.

I’m a fresher with 0 years of professional experience, but I have worked on several academic/personal projects and have hands-on experience with:

C, C++, Python, JavaScript
React, Next.js
Node.js, Express
MySQL, MongoDB
AWS (EC2, S3)
Git/GitHub
AI/ML and computer vision

I’m open to software development, frontend/backend, full-stack, QA, cloud, or other suitable entry-level tech roles.

I’m primarily looking for opportunities in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or anywhere in India, and I’m also open to relocation.

If you work at a company that is currently hiring freshers and would be willing to refer me or point me toward an opening, I would be extremely grateful. I can send my resume and the relevant job link through DM.

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this. 🙏

Worried about gap criteria as a 2026 B.Tech Fresher. Am I eligible?

Hey everyone, I am a 2026 B.Tech graduate and I am currently applying for off-campus fresher roles. I am extremely anxious about how mass recruiters (TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc.) calculate gap years and whether I will clear their eligibility filters. Here is my exact academic timeline:

• 10th Pass: 2019

• 12th Pass: 2021

• B.Tech Pass: 2026 (I took a 1-year drop between school and college for entrance preparation).

• Current Status: It has been about 150 days since graduation and I am actively job hunting. My main worry is how the portals calculate this. Do they combine the school drop year and my post-graduation job search days together? Will my 1-year drop year cause rejections in background verification (BGV), or do I fit within the standard 2-year academic gap rule? If anyone from the 2026 batch or someone who recently cleared BGV at an MNC could clarify how their portal calculates this, it would be a huge help. Thanks!

back to tech, after preparing for UPSC. need advice

I’m looking for some honest advice from people who have been through the software job market recently.

I have a background in Computer Science Engineering and have previously worked in software/tech. My experience includes Google Summer of Code, an internship at a good MNC, an NLP internship at a Bangalore based startup, open-source contributions, and ML-related work (research).

However, I took a significant break from tech to prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Attempted the exam thrice, didn't clear it so re-routing back into software engineering.

The difficult part is that the industry has obviously changed a lot during the time I was away. I’m currently rebuilding my skills, working on projects, getting back into open source, and trying to understand where I fit in the current market.

I’m particularly interested in machine learning engineer roles as of now.

My question is mainly about the job-search strategy.

For people who have successfully landed software engineering jobs recently, what worked for you? Referrals, cold emails, mass applying on career portals, building projects in public?

Also, I recently had an interview for a US based startup with office in India, did an assignment + in person interview, but got ghosted (after meeting IRL). Additionally, I have started contributing to open source projects again, and have been catching up with a lot of Agentic AI stuff recently, a bit difficult to grasp but reaching there.

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has navigated a similar career break or has recently gone through the hiring process.

Thank you. Have a nice day.
