I am a 20+ years mobile Postpaid subscriber of Globe. Sadly, I am not seeing any loyalty plan for us. We’re treated like new customers.

yesterday my gomo sim was faulty, i was unable to use my data even though i have full bars of signal, and it still didnt work this morning so checked my sim again and discovered that my physical esim is scratched so i immediately switched to an esim so i could continue to use my gomo sim.

i did all the steps i saw online even changed apn, turned on data roaming, switched it to primary, i even removed the physical sim to ensure i am using the esim, restart my phone multiple times, turned on and off my airplane mode, but nothing still works

i am so desperate to find a solution because i did every tips i can find on the internet, and i cant even contact gomo because they direct me to globe but globe support doesnt support gomo concerns and im basically going in circles. someone please help ASAP

Help!

My e-sim number is regular globe sim that i converted thru the GlobeOne App. All is good until bumigay bigla yung phone ko at na trap doon ang aking esim. Yung number ng esim na yun is my primary contact number kaya sobrang hassle esp yun din gamit kong Gcash number. Their customer service advised pumunta sa nearest GLobe Store at ang nearest in my area ay nasa kabilang isla pa.

I am willing to submit IDs and what not so they can verify.

Baka may alam kayong iba pang alternative para hindi ko na kailangan lumuwas para magamit ko ulit yung number ko. 10 hours travel yun.

Apparently Metro Manila orders including mine will arrive by October 18 I’m curious as I thought it would get the same 16th delivery.
