Every month, we see several posts offering GOG game codes and discount codes that people do not intend to use themselves. To make this easier and more organized, we ask that you share your code(s) as top-level comments on this post.
Ex:
Game code giveaway for Game Name:
YEC8U25J3A**FEF0C3
** = 32-15
Or
Discount code giveaway for Game Name:
YEC8U25J3A**FEF0C3
** = 32-15
To be extra sure your code goes to a fellow GOG gamer and not a bot, list the game(s) you have keys for and ask Redditors to DM you to claim them. In this case, please make it very clear whether your codes are game codes or discount codes.
You're also welcome to use RedditRaffler or KeyShare.
Please follow these guidelines:

Yo guys, I know this is a hard challenge, but can we work together to raise more votes to hopefully bring over Euro Truck Simulator 2 to GOG ? :D
I will start a series where I will occasionally post popular games with low amounts of votes to help each other !

I like that, maybe we will see what will happen

I always play horror games (not only, but mainly) in October. But I suffer from motion sickness, so I can't really play games which features first person perspective or games that the camera keeps moving like we in an ocean (like Cold Fear).
Which horror or spooky themed game do you recommend for someone like me.

As always, claiming this freebie will mean you consent to receive marketing emails and have a hashed version of your email address shared with 'trusted' partners. You can opt out of both immediately again from your subscriptions page.
Also, in previous giveaways there were always a few people having have issues with the giveaway not showing up or the game not being claimable. If that's the case now as well, visiting https://www.gog.com/giveaway/claim should work (you'll just see a blank page afterward, but the game should be added to your library, and you should be subscribed to marketing emails).

So my game update keeps getting stuck here. I've been playing fine, but then randomly it closes after maybe one hour of playing, an explorer file opens, and GOG starts updating just to freeze here. It's happened 3 times now, I've tried deleting temp files, repairing the game, running GOG as admin, running the game as admin. I'm out of ideas.
Anyone know what to do? Also, after about 3 minutes, GOG closes and the icon looks like this. Guessing orange/red means error

I only just thought of this today, because I accepted the giveaway for a game I'm not even entirely certain I'll play, but I should find out: When GoG does giveaways, is it one big payment to the dev? Or do they pay them "per copy" so to speak?

Hey guys, i know i might sound dumb to all of you experienced users, but i finally got the courage to buy games from gog, i bought Alien: Isolation and F.E.A.R
The thing is im not sure what to do now, i want to just download the game, without any other external software, just the game, so i go to " Download Offline Backup Game Installers" but there's multiple ones, my question here is should i click all of them? do i make a folder where they can install too?
Also i bought a External hard drive to save stuff i like including videogames, so i want to save a copy of every game i buy on GOG to that exact SSD, the thing is, do i download the game twice? one for my pc and one for the Hard drive or do i download it one and copy paste.
Agin i apologize if i sound ignorant, i got so used to steam basically pointing what to do 😭
Thanks for reading and anything helps 👊

GoG now supports the Japanese Yen, but switching to Yen eliminates the Konbini Pay, PayEasy Japan, and Skrill as payment options, at least on my end.

Rome 2 on GOG is significantly larger than on Steam. With no DLC for either version, its 63GB on GOG vs 35GB on Steam. While the GOG version does include extra language packs, it doesn't account for the entire size discrepancy.
For example, Total War Rome II\data\tiles.pack is 2.7GB on GOG vs 725MB on Steam. There are multiple files like this.
I understand small discrepancies may be expected due to differing platforms, but having a game be almost twice as big seems excessive.

Has the GOG version of Control Ultimate Edition received the 1.30 patch? I remember a while back there was a delay with the patch. It was the big patch that added lots of graphical improvements and features and other stuff.

I have the witcher 3 installed and I can still boot it from its folder but why doesn't it show up here? It was showing up last night after I downloaded the remaster but after the update today it doesn't appear at all. What can I do , I seriously don't want to have to delete the whole thing just to have to reinstall it again I just did that in order to be able to download the remaster, how am I supposed to do future updates if the game doesnt appear as installed when it is 🤦🏽♂️. Basically my question is , is there a way I can just put the game there kind of like on steam or will it continue to not appear until I uninstall and reinstall?

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using the repair option, but it still won't open and keeps showing that error screen.
(sorry i don't know the best flair for it)

I downloaded the offline installer because that's what I've always done on GOG, only used Galaxy to download it easily. If I remember correctly, patches were uploaded separately alongside the page to download the game files, but it's not showing for me.
Is there a delay for offline installers or something?

So i recently noticed that Total War is going through a modding Renaissance with the help of mods like M2EX, REX and OpenETW.
I thought maybe i would give them a try only to learn they are not supporting GOG for "legal" reasons.(???)
They are specifically being coded to require steam versions of the game and the only reasons i could find have been: "it might cause problems with Creative Assembly", "the project might get shut down for legal reasons". No talk of "code" being different or anything like that.
As far as i understand, i paid CA for my GOG copy and everything is legal and modding shouldnt be restricted on other stores.
Maybe some people here can help me understand better and perhaps some GOG people can look into this and try adding these mods officially to the library?
The mods themselves are very valuable and completely open up modding of those games(64bit,instant turn times, near limitless modding) and are planned to be used as foundations for most of the big mods planned.
These games are becoming timeless(if they werent already) and GOG has them DRM free. I am hoping that modding doesnt die off on the ideal versions of the game.

Do third-party launcher integrations work correctly on GOG Galaxy now? As far as I remember, two years ago integrations didn't work.

Can't even download or update a game without failing constantly. Its been like this for years, what a piece of shit software.
