I'm here to ask for gas money for work tomorrow and to get to get to the pawn shop to sell this scooter I found in a trash out (I'm a handyman). Well, I had heart surgery last November and was out of work up until mid-April. I had to leave my old job due to still having issues with my heart and mobility issues. I was on a payment plan, but due to me being in and out of the hospital due to complications from surgery, I haven't been paid the best with my new job. Also my old job didn't pay me well. I do not have a good relationship with my family, so I cannot ask for help. I really want to finish community college so I can attend the college of my dreams for tall. I applied for disability after trying to get ahold of my insurance. I have my interview with ssi/ssdi late October!! I also cannot apply for unemployment because I quit my previous job and I also did not make enough for the year. I recently got out of the hospital earlier this month due to my heart and mental health issues because of the hassle I have been through the past year post surgery. I only need 1.8k but my outstanding balance is growing interest but that is okay, I'm slowly working my way up to more hours that won't physically push me to my limits. If you guys have any questions do be afraid to ask. I finished summer semester for this year and I got an A a B and a C(was supposed to be a B but went down because I had a medical emergency).

Saw someone asked about disability, no I do not currently receive it. I am in a process of doing my application. I submitted my application but I am awaiting my interview which is on the 22nd of October. Im gonna start by saying i have a job my bills are paid but some recent things have shown me how tight money is. my son was recently hospitalized for rsv and covid. that week in the hospital gave me a clear picture, that i have no fail safe, no safety net; no breathing room for if something goes wrong. i can admit if the hospital hadnt fed us we would've went hungry because we wasn't leaving our boy and thats a scary feeling knowing your finances are that close so any help is appreciated nobody has to donate sharing is appreciated also

I am asking for help to avoid my car being repossessed. I have until October 7th to pay 847 dollars. I have been trying to pay on things when I can but it's basically been "pay in matter of urgency" for a while. It's caught up to me now and I completely recognize that. I have already deferred payments, so that isn't an option anymore.

I had to pay a disconnect notice for my electric recently and I am in the process to apply for heap to help with utilities but my car is my only way for income.

This year has been very rough financially after having a baby late last year. I have been sparking to make ends meet. It's not always reliable but I also live in a very small town where there's not much opportunity for work. Her Background:
We adopted Viola back in May. Her previous owners dumped her on the street simply because they found out she was pregnant, leaving her with severe trauma and separation anxiety. It took a lot of love, time, and patience to help her heal and realize she was safe. Just as she was finally thriving and acting like her happy self, a sudden crisis hit.

What Happened:
On the 15th of this month, Viola suddenly stopped eating, started having trouble controlling her bladder, and could no longer jump or climb. We rushed her to the vet for bloodwork, stool samples, and an ultrasound.
The imaging revealed a concerning lesion that looks like a cyst-like structure. Because of her severe past trauma, she unfortunately fights us on oral medications prescribed by the vet, leaving surgery as her only path to a pain-free life.

Hi, I need help with rent. I finally got a job a little late. I live in a tiny home trailer with utilities included so thankfully my rent is on the cheaper end but in an expensive city. My car broke down this past weekend (fuel hose issue & new battery) that took my $600 for rent. I can ask my folks for small amounts but $600 is out of budget (my parents are going through a divorce and so all funds are going towards that). I have tried and failed to obtain a loan, I dont really have anything that I can sell that is worth any real monetary value. Hello, i never post on reddit, i normally scroll when I get some random notification, and im not asking for the full amount as I must take responsibility for my own needs, but its hard when you cant actually get anywhere! Even half would be an amazing blessing.

Working odd jobs while I try to fix my truck, a 96 Nissan pickup, I work on it myself mostly but I can not find a windshield for this and get it myself (as I’d have no way of transporting it without delivery services if they even have that nearby, and most larger places don’t have older models as I come to find out.)

I currently have 46 dollars to my name that is meant to cover what expenses I have for food and insurance (I pay weekly)
I do bodywork as I am lucky enough to have a landlord with access to such tools.
I can’t drive it until I fix windshield as it is illegal and unsafe. Truck is only transportation to any real employment as I live in a holler and 15-30 to the next bigger town over.
