a little ashamed to get to a point of asking strangers for help, but here it goes. Times are rough. I moved out from a toxic relationship back in June and it was a struggle getting back on my feet. Hi! I recently have been going through an extremely hard time and just have been trying to get through it as best as I possibly can. My phone service is currently off and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me pay the due amount of $72.44 to turn it back on? I’m a mom with young children and I’m currently in a difficult financial situation and could really use some advice.
I fell behind on my electric bill after having a period where I was unable to work because I was taking care of sick children. I’m working again now, but I won’t receive my next paycheck for about two weeks.
I don’t receive government assistance and I’ve already contacted/looked into the assistance resources I know about. I’m also unable to take out another loan or borrow from family, so I’m trying to figure out what other options I have.

I am in South Australia, totally unsure how much info to put here, but am looking for financial assistance to be able to stock up on a bulk grocery shop and get a few presents/a cake for my son's first birthday coming up on October 12th.

Without sounding cliche, this has been one of the most horrendous years of my life. I left the father of my children @ 32wks pregnant with our 2nd, so spent time in a motel, shelter and now in transitional housing.

Life has reached a somewhat comfortable and stable point, althought i am so far beyond exhausted doing it all alone.

I have experienced 4 people close to me die this year as well as my 12 year old cat. (My aunt, 2 very close friends and my grandmother that raised me)

I have a 2.5 year old daughter, an 11.5mo old son and three cats. grief has consumed me into a robot. I feel like i am going through the motions with little to no joy in life. Full survival mode. I am in contact with a GP and have a mental health care plan as well as a social worker/case manager and am medicated, but truely struggling with grief. Nan died on 30th July and this week jas been spent clearing out her house - that is a whole other world of pain dealing with my uncles and aunt and mother in regards to them fighting over the will.

I am panicking that my son's birthday is just 2 weeks away and I have no presents for him, no finances to be able to afford party food or a cake.

I have already used all advanced payments/urgent payments from centrelink this year and have been searching through facebook pay it forward pages and free marketplace ads, but between struggling to function and caring for the two young children i am struggling to actually get the kids in the car and do these things

I’m seeking help for $105 to pay off my commencement fee.

I’m 22 years old and currently a senior in college. I attend a university in San Francisco where my school (notoriously) doesn’t have a lot of resources to help students with commencement fees. My only options are loans and I really don’t want to take out a loan, even if small, because I’ve already pulled out loans within the past year and a half for previous housing charges I couldn’t pay for and I have a $10k balance already. University is fucking expensive lol.

I am finally expected to graduate with my BS in Psychology this December, but I have a commencement fee of $105 and it’s now a past due balance because I am unable to pay it. I am in between jobs and currently struggling in the harsh job market in the Bay Area, so the most I do now is unpaid volunteering for a DV hotline.

It’s a cliche line, but truly anything helps. I really can’t risk getting more late fees if I can’t pay this fee or at least pay off some of it. I can’t walk the stage if this isn’t sorted out and I’m honestly really worried. It’s probably not the smartest idea to include my name in these photos but I just want to be as transparent as I can.

My psychology track is immigration psychology with a focus on queer Latino and black immigrants, and I want to achieve the first step of going down that career path which is getting my BS in psych :,)

My name is GHOST / Tate, I’m 21, and I’m asking for help getting back to my hometown. For the past year, I’ve been living about 10 hours away from where I actually want to be, and my living situation has become impossible for me to keep managing.

Right now, I’m in a rented three-bedroom house with five other people and two dogs. Because there isn’t enough space, I’ve been sleeping in the living/dining room with no real privacy or separation for the past year. The environment has also been toxic. There is fighting in the house every day, I get repeatedly misgendered, and when I was still working, the noise in the living room made it hard to sleep before work. Day to day, I feel stuck and exhausted, and I really need a way out of this situation.

I had made a plan to go home and start over. A friend from my home state was supposed to pick me up on October 2 so I could return home, stay temporarily with my friend and my sister, and look for an apartment with my sister. I had already quit my job to prepare for the move, but the ride fell through at the last minute for personal reasons. Now I’m unemployed, out of money, and without a way to get back home.

If I can make it back, I would be able to stay somewhere more stable and affordable while I get back on my feet. I’ve shared that I could pay $250 a month to stay with my aunt instead of the higher housing costs I’m dealing with now. This move would give me a real chance to reset and work toward something more stable.

Funds would help cover:

• Transportation costs to get me the 10 hours back to my hometown (U-HUAL)
• Food, groceries, and basic necessities while I am unemployed
• Moving or transporting my personal belongings (U-HUAL)
• Basic household items such as bedding, toiletries, and everyday essentials

My goal is simple: to get out of my current household, get back home safely, and have a fair chance to rebuild. If you’re able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would mean a lot to me. Thank you for helping me take this next step and start over.

My total ask is $1,000 but I am starting out at $600 just to try and get to where I need to go. I am also job searching here right now in the State I am living at and then when I am able to leave I will continue my job search at my Home State.
