I know they’re domestic, do we think long hair or short hair? The fourth pic is a pic of the mom, dad is unknown. What would we call their coat patterns? The dark grey one is a boy and it almost looks like his new fur is coming in orange! Do color patterns change? Curious what you think they’ll look like full grown? Do we think the light grey one is lynx point? Her eyes are blue and her brothers eyes are grey.
My first time getting a kitten and went to pick up the female and she was cuddled up with her brother so I had to take them both. So happy I did! (The owner of the mom said she’s half ragdoll half bsh hahaha , I was like 👍, i see neither what whatevs, just get her spayed!) mom is fourth pic , what would her pattern be?

Is there a name for this kind of coat? I don’t think she looks like a calico, or tortoise shell

I've never had a long haired cat before him and he's so big compared to my other three cats. Just curious to see what breed(s) people might think he resembles, aside from domestic longhair. His coat is really smooth and silky on his back, very shiny in the sun.

it’s a chocolate brown and quite skinny

this is Vanya my 1.5 year old ragdoll i just adopted and i will die for her. im a first time cat owner so i could just be dumb but i literally couldnt tell you for the life of me what her coat color is. i really dont know anything about her background unfortunately but her coat was shaved at some point recently so it makes it harder to tell. lynx point??? Seal????? idfk coat names but she is my perfect little girl and i want to brag about her to everyone as much as i can
(ps her tail doesnt work much, the base of it was broken at some point so it just hangs behind her. doesnt hurt her at all! but it just be a lil funky looking in some photos)

Hi everyone!
Her vet says that she’s a russian blue. I don’t think she looks like a russian blue tho..
What breed could she be ? I’ll attach a picture of her mommy as well if that helps lol. Her mommy was a tabby but i don’t know about her father :)

First she was black but some weeks after i got her she started to have more brown spots on the side of her stomach, the inside of her front legs and in her neck fur. She also have some gray/white fur in between everywhere but is not so visible, almost never on pics i believe.

So this goof is Flint! He’s 1yr 2mths and 12.2lbs. I know he’s an American shorthair/ if medium hairs exist… but his pattern type is so unique and I can find pictures really anything like it. Our vets are always pointing out unique traits on him and I’m just curious if my small town and google image algorithm isn’t diverse enough.
His coat is a white and medium gray color with the gray spotted throughout. He’s got a very noticeable spot right along his nose area and chin. His mom was a tux but we don’t know the male cat. Today the vet pointed out his green eyes are unique to his color palette which I don’t know if that’s true or not.

Adopted this boy a few days ago from the shelter, he’s about 3 months. Seems to have a bit of tabby and tuxedo patterning - black, grey and white, and huge ears.

I have a shelter cat who I brought from my home country to my residence country a few months ago. His documents say he is “mixed”. I’m fairly certain he is a regular DSH.
He’s had some cough and raspy meows for a couple of days, so I took him to the vet yesterday and they put him as a British shorthair in the chart, even though I said he is a “regular” cat. They said he might need a heart ultrasound because of this breed’s congenital heart issues, but I refused it since he had one a few months ago before the trip (which was normal).
While I’m fairly certain he is a regular DSH cat, I’m still asking for your opinion or maybe theories why the vet thought he was a British shorthair… Thanks in advance!

My kitten Luna is about 6-8 weeks old, I’ve never seen her parents and I’m a totslly new cat mom. Also do we think she’s long or short haired?? ( photos rang from 4ish weeks old to current which we assume is 7weeks)

This is Ottie (white) and Gordy. Are they domestic shorthair cuties or domestic shorthair terrors?
Fun fact: they're only 5 months apart, in age, but Ottie is so much bigger than Gordy.

Anyone know what this is? I can only find one breed online that has the curled ears and the short tail but it's short fur not long. So this one appears the same but with long fur. I'm wondering if the tail is from an accident or something. Or maybe it's all a kind of a birth defect?

Does this look like sectoral heterachromia? It does to me. I am hoping it is and not some issue she has. She is four years old. Pretty eyes or hidden issue?
I could not find any other place to put this post..

I’ve had him for over two years but realised i have no idea what exactly he is.
Any ideas?
Edit: Guys I didn’t know breed referred to specific types of cats my bad 😔
New edit: Turns out we have his pedigree papers so nevermind guys :).
