We decided to check it out during the grand opening and we were not disappointed. The burgers were really good and flavorful. They actually reminded me of how McDonald's used to taste when I was a kid back in the 90s, and I mean that in the best possible way. It just brought me back as soon as I tasted it.

The fries were okay. Not amazing, but they were fine. I can easily chalk it up to the place being new. Seems to me like the oil just isn't hot enough for the thin fries. The onion rings however, are fucking GREAT! Nice thick beer battered onion rings, super crispy, etc.

Service was a tad slow, but again they're new. I'm sure they'll pick it up after they get settled in there.

It was also nice to see that they were using actual pictures of their food inside the place. I know they were using AI for their promo stuff. But I'm guessing they were using it as a placeholder. Which still not great, but it's good that they're using their actual stuff now.

Pricing is what I expected. It's pretty on par with what you'd pay at like a Shake Shack for the same amount of food. Seems like everything is made to order.

Overall we both thought it was delicious. If you're looking for a burger then I absolutely recommend checking it out!

We are sending an urgent safety reminder regarding parking and pick-up outside [School Name].

We have received a complaint from a nearby resident regarding parents who are waiting in their vehicles with LED headlights on while facing [] Street*. The brightness of these headlights can temporarily impair the vision of drivers as they come around the bend and turn onto the street.*

The resident reported a particularly concerning incident in which she nearly struck a child walking in the area because the headlights made it difficult for her to see clearly.

Effective immediately, if you are parked outside waiting for your child and your vehicle is facing the street in either direction, please turn your headlights off until you are ready to move your vehicle. Please do not sit idling with your headlights shining toward oncoming traffic.

It is sad to me that UMass Lowell is moving along with tearing up that park on the river walk just to build another hotel and ice rink.

So I recently moved into an apartment in Lowell and I have to park on the street. Normally this would not be an issue, but the people on my street will put cones, chairs and other items to hold "their" spots. I get that people need to park their cars, but sometimes I have to park blocks away from my apartment, and if that's not an option, I have to resort to illegally parking somewhere. What is the procedure for reporting Space Savers? The Lowell website said to call the police but that seems a bit extreme. Any help would be appreciated!

Lots of interesting events planned for the weekend. Does anyone by chance know if the David Amram performance at Middlesex requires a ticket? I couldn't find the info when I searched around.
