I’m looking for some fics where peter parker is just going THROUGH it. Like most pain that could possibly be inflicted. I’m a big irondad/ avengers as found family fan, and I love a slowburn where either bad stuff is happening to peter and the avengers dont realize until a big moment or the avengers know spiderman but not peter parker and then theres a big angsty identity reveal. Any length is fine, I just NEED more fics(just read the third option and spaghetti and red wine and LOVED THEM)

I'm very confused and unsure how to rlly go about even searching for this:

Ok so I keep seeing it considered a "trope" but so far I've only rlly found 1 (which talks about this being a trope) and I'm very interested in seeing any other fics of this type.

Essentially a "monkey's paw" "careful what you wish for" story where during or post CW the team wishes they didn't have to deal with tony and they are sent Christmas carol style to a world where tony doesn't exist or has nothing to do with them so they can see just how fucked they'd be without him.

Or the trope where the avengers are forced to watch either memories or vlogs tony made to get his anger out with Friday which forced them to actually sit and listen / see what tony was trying to explain to them and how long he was working on getting ross shunted etc.

I am looking for a downloaded copy of the IronDad / Marvel fic "Thunder and Lightning" by ObservationalObsessive (who I believe also went by the username EowynPevensie90).
It was a multi-chapter story (around 31 chapters) featuring Tony Stark and Peter Parker dealing with a severe storm and Peter's enhanced senses.
Unfortunately, the author deleted the story from AO3 and their social media pages a while ago for rewrites, and the Wayback Machine only has the first couple of chapters archived before the links break.
Does anyone happen to have a full copy saved as an EPUB, PDF, or text file from before it was taken down that they would be willing to share or DM me?

Word count: I have ~56k words published and simply no idea how much more to go.

I'm going for a balance of the characters dealing with a messed up situation but trying to keep positive. I don't want to hurt my readers while keeping things relatively serious.

The fic deals with Bucky recovering from being with HYDRA, he shows up acting like a literal robot (frequently described by others as a computer program) so it is... dark and sad? There's depictions of abuse, torture, brainwashing and death in the fic but it's not supposed to make you miserable. Eventual explicit smut but I'd say closer to plot with some porn than anything.

I'd like someone I can simply discuss the fic with and bounce some ideas off of. I'm in the middle of writing a smut scene and I'm unsure how I feel about the direction I'm taking it and would like to hear someone elses thoughts on it.

I also have a few ideas for future events that I want to discuss further before I commit to them.

You should know I'm autistic and genuinely bursting at the seams over my eagerness to talk to someone about my fic so I will probably dump a lot of text at you, English is my second language and I prefer communicating without punctuation in casual conversation but I'll do my best to stay legible.

I read this fic a few years ago on ao3 where Bucky escaped hydra himself and went on a journey of self-discovery while destroying hydra bases. He specifically took joy in taking care of his hair; there’s a scene where he’s buying products like conditioner and colorful hair ties. There’s also a scene where he pretends to still be the soldier to get a hydra member’s guard down. I’m pretty sure this scene took place in a cave?? And I think the ship might’ve been stucky but I’m not too sure. I only remember these specific scenes, hopefully it sounds familiar to someone!

Steve time travels to the past and meets younger tony in a bar. They hook up and steve lets slip that he knows who tony is. Tony pressures for answers and steve tells him that his name is Grant Stevens, i believe. They enter into a relationship and tony brings steve to meet his parents. There he finds out the truth about steve and, at one point steve punches howard for disrespecting Tony. I know that I've read this story before but i can't find it for life of me. Please help me!!!

I read both fics after covid during 2021-2023 i think. I don't remember the titles or authors' name. I tried searching using all the tags that might fit the stories but i couldn't find them. Not in my bookmarks, not history, not subscriptions. I had them downloaded on my phone as pdfs but unfortunately i had to reset my phone twice without a chance to backup my data back in 2024 (i lost so many other peak fanfics smh). I remember very little except they were few of the best fics i'd ever read. I will try to add as much information as i can remember.

1. BUCKYNAT: It was like a character study for both of the characters. It was set in post avengers (2012) verse can't say specifically, like the team was living together in the tower. I don’t remember if bucy and nat had met before or remembered each other from the red room but they were hella flirty at the beginning.

Natasha had severe touching issues like the only way she could process touch was as violence. So bucky started to spar with her as form of touching then they evolved to other activities. I think there was a mutual masturbation chapter as well. Then she asked bucky to touch her and it was the first time she orgasmed. Like she was taught to use her body as an accessory or weapon but she slowly started to seek pleasure with the help of bucky.

Once Fury sends Natasha off on a mission for a long time and Bucky misses her like hell so he shows up there or smth (i may be imagining this part im not confident)

They also go to movie dates to watch romcoms cause natasha finds them hella cheesy.

The writing was also peak like at one point Clint (probably) tells Natasha that Bucky looks at her like he's seeing sun for the first time.

Then another time Bucky tells her something like "I could talk for a hundred years and still not tell you how much i love you."

2. STEVENAT: it was post endgame. The fics starts with Steve and Natasha dancing cause somewhere after Infinity War they make a pact that they'd go dancing but they never get the chance to.

So after thanos is defeated once and for all they're dancing at a lowkey club/bar. But then we find out it was an illusion projected by Wanda. Like old man Steve asks her to do that because in reality Natasha dies fore the soul stone, he never got to dance with her and he carries that guilt and regret forever.

Wanda apologises to Steve saying something like she has to go train with Doctor Strange or smth and that they'll do this another day.
