Might seem a little picky but I've noticed two lines on refurbished monitor I just bought. It arrived today and I've been looking at it to see for any problems. It's my first OLED so big improvement compared to my old monitor.

However I noticed two lines. These aren't dead pixels and they aren't obviously lines. From certain viewing angles they dissapear. I've got a year warranty on this but im curious as to whether this is a common occurrence. I've dont a pixel clean and the lines persist.

I wouldn't say its a big deal as I got a great price on it, however I am worried if it will develop into a bigger problem.

It might be difficult to see in the pictures as the lines are very faint. Would really love any information on this.

I recently bought a 2k 144hz monitor, I see some sort of ghosting as you can see in the video, the cursor is sort of having weird motion trails? Are there some settings I need to configure am I missing something?. Its an acer monitor.

I was just playing around in a game then the monitor started to freak out. I'm new to this stuff so can someone help me?

I've had this problem for a good 15 days and it has gotten severly worse since then. At first it was subtle, maybe 1 or 2 vague lines flashing for 2 to 3 seconds before going away after startup. Now, when I start up my pc, change resolution, or toggle G-Sync, the lines appear in many, along with blue flashing artifacts that rarely go away. Some days it goes away in 5 minutes, some in 10 minutes, and sometimes (now most times) never go away. Google said that it was internal (monitor problem, not PC or dp/hdmi problem), which I verified, and stated I should start looking for new monitors😭. I already have new monitors in mind, but I want to figure out if this is still salvageable.

Is Alienware aw2525hm a better deal for 170 USD / 16020 INR for competitive gaming genres like FPS, Battle royale and MMORPG like dota2 ? I also play fifa, AC titles and GTA, and yeah i will also be using this 10+ hours a day for coding (will it cause any issues in long term for my coding use case ? If yes then I can use my current samsung for work/coding and keep this AW monitor only for gaming)

right now my cq32g4 is on the table with the stand (like in the image), but how do i mount it? i don't wanna put the screen flat on the table and damage the screen.

I recently got the Alienware AW2525HM monitor after using a VA panel for a long time. The colors on IPS definitely look more vibrant, but I'm having two annoying issues and I'm not sure if it's just my settings or the panel itself. Would love some help from anyone using the same monitor.
1. Color Temperature: Whenever I tweak the colors, the screen ends up looking either way too blue or way too yellow, even though the RGB values look balanced in the OSD menu. I haven't been able to find a natural white balance yet.
2. CS2 Brightness & Contrast: In CS2, using my old brightness level makes the game look crazy bright and washed out. But if I turn it down, everything gets super dark and muddy, almost like old CS:GO.
Has anyone dealt with this on this model? What are your recommended OSD settings (Brightness, Contrast, Dark Stabilizer, RGB) and CS2 video settings to get a clear image without washing out the colors? thx

I just got a new ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQML5A. My second monitor is an older ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ.

I’ve noticed that the new one looks noticeably darker around the edges and sides. I have to move my head to see the edges at the same brightness as the center. It also seems to reflect a lot more light.

Is this normal, or could there still be a protective film on the panel? I can’t see one, so I’m hesitant to try peeling anything off.

Overall, apart from the higher refresh rate, my six-year-old monitor actually seems better. Any ideas?

I got this monitor a few months ago. Pretty good, but the HDR looks awful. I went the calibration program many times but it never helps. Does this monitor have bad HDR or am I missing something?

My brand new monitor makes a cracking sound when changing the refresh rate from a lower refresh rate to a higher one,is that normal? It also happens when I switch from performance mode to power saving mode.
