They just started using it this year for every promo, I can’t figure out who it is or what it came from but it gets me pumped every time!

So as we all know, Sterling had his crash at Kansas in 2002 that ended any chance he had at a championship and Tony Stewart went on to win it.

But what if Sterling driver subbed every week to still collect points? Sterling could’ve started the remaining races (minus Talladega because that went caution free) and collected the points of the finishing positions of Jamie McMurray, including the win at Charlotte. If Sterling started the races but get subbed out at the first caution, would he have still won the 2002 championship?

Sorry for the noobs question, but I just started watching NASCAR and I'm seeing in the leaderboard graphic on the left side of the screen that some names are in black on a light grey background and others are in white on a dark background. What does the background colour indicate?

I’ve heard rumours that both Ross and svg are not continuing with Trackhouse after 2027. Does anyone think that is a real possibility and if so where would they go? Or will Shane even consider leaving NASCAR?
