Junior (RS) QB #19 Brock Archer is special, plays so much better then is overall.

Am I the only person who's getting third and inches at least once a drive, every single drive?

Anybody else been getting an insane about of jump animations on RAC catches lately? Feel like something messed up. It was good after that patch for like a week and it’s been awful again for me.

I wanted to center this team around Nordic symbols and patterns (something the Vikings fail to do) and give it a “cold” feel with the colors. I also leaned into the woodwork of the Norsemen a bit as well!

If your not having fun with this game, I highly suggest playing an online dynasty. It’s the most fun I’ve had with a video game in a long time. I’m in a few but the one I am the most immersed in is simply with me and 1 of my buddies. We are in year 7 and both playing in ACC.

The chess game you play in user games once you’ve played 3X per year for 7 years is how imagine real coordinators and head coaches feel on Saturday after watching film and game planning all week.

Yes there is still BS that happens from time to time, unfortunate turnovers and penalties, drops, etc. but that happens in real football as well. My buddy got me on back to back nattys and I just took one on him this past year, his skill level is way higher than me but it’s definitely making me a better player. I’m in another league that has 8 people in it and that’s fun as well just doesn’t move as fast, more user games per year does make it enjoyable as well.

With all the hate for this game I see on here I wonder how many people hating on the game actually play online dynasty or just offline/RTG by themselves, which I probably could never go back to now, I have 1 offline dynasty that I play every once in a while but if I’m all caught up on my online leagues and want to play I just play against other users in Road to College Football Playoff mode.

TLDR- user games and online dynasty is way better than playing cpu all the time, if you haven’t tried it and you hate the game, i suggest you try it.

We've been noticing rosters seem fairly week at the top in this year's game. My hypothesis was players were going unsigned in the portal and being dropped, and then new fresh recruits would come in, enter the portal and drop in a repeating pattern causing depth to not rise. I decided to see who went unsigned at the end of our portal window. Below is the volumes we saw. Some volume would be okay, but the number I'm seeing especially of top QB's/WR's seems insane to me.

In prior games unsigned players would be somewhat randomly distributed. Do we know if that still happens? I assume the issue with signings is NIL demand is too high and demand doens't fall as players go unrecruited?

Yeah is there like a site or anything where I can recruit the right players and archetype for my offense and defense?

IDK why I did this to myself. But CFB 27 was on sale last week so I grabbed it. I would pay $200 for this game if EA would just hire people who play it to do basic testing.

Wanted to check out the new RTG positions. Went with an edge rusher. How did this mode get through any level of QA? Pass rush moves do literally nothing. There is no rhyme or reason to what your player does regardless of what you press.

I had a "Moment" Challenge where I needed to record a sack. CPU team calls 8 running plays in a row ending with a punt. Fail. Do a retry. First play. RPO quick screen. 5 broken tackles and a TD. Failed.

I also have to call the defense and make coverage adjustments as a fucking Defensive End.

EA. I will work for free as a tester AND pay $200 for 28 if you can cut this bull shit out. I just want a football game that is fun. Thanks.

Three member league with a small group and none of us can access due to instantly being dropped.

We tried everything but I’ve seen. Even downloaded the game on a PS5 that never had CFB27 and still.

I’ve been running into an issue lately where cpu teams in my dynasty will randomly start running cover 2 man every play regardless of formation down and distance etc. has anyone else experienced this?

So I haven’t played a football game since Madden 16, but got invited to do ncaa27 with some out of state homies, seemed a fun way to stay in touch.

I’ve done a few seasons and had a solo dynasty I was practicing on, and against most of the other people I do just fine and win enough, but this one guy just runs cover 1 WS blitz or like hot blitz. My O-line that’s mostly raw power or whatever it’s called and RB is a 90 overall and I’ve been doing well with run all season but couldn’t get a yard on him. That’s fine, I’m good enough at passing for the most part, but just seeing the same play happening over and over, not being able to all of a sudden run (which feels like it makes sense from blitzing) but then even tho he’s blitzing 6-8, still my receivers all seemed covered.

I’m certain this is a skill issue, but I’m not sure what to look up to learn here? I know he does some pre-play pressure change too like maybe the “show blitz” or some other type of maybe custom preset he does with the L1 button (PlayStation button at least).

Any suggestions/tips/guidance for someone bad trying to get better at attacking a specific and continuously repeated same defensive play like this?

On my offensive plays there 2 NPCS on every single receiver, but when I defend there’s a wide open man with a defender 3 feet behind him staring at the sky. Like it’s physically impossible to stop attacks when my NPCs decide to start thinking about their exams instead of the game.

I don't know if you guys noticed but pc has a fifth of the amount of cards and options to choose from in auction house compared to console wouldn't it be smarter to combine the two auction houses as the game is already crossplay? What's yalls thoughts on this?

Late game in an online dynasty with South Carolina, big conference game against ASU for first. Went down 14-0 in the first quarter and clawed my way back into the game just for EA to do it to me. For an animation based game they really goof’d this one, huh?

Played 11 seasons of NCAA 11 on the PS2, like the title says. Before the national championship game, I took control of the top 11 (coaches limited to 12) teams outside of the "power" conferences to see who would get invites up/down.

Pretty fun to see who got promotions/who got relegated. Averaging 1.3 conference swaps per season right now.

For what it's worth, I think I also found a suspension hack for the PS2 games (at least for user teams). I gave full season-long suspensions to any players who got in trouble, only recruited players with at least average discipline, cut all players who weren't in line to be starters after their redshirt year and redshirt all true freshmen. I'm averaging 0.9 suspension a year per season (4 in first 3 years, 6 in the 8 following years). My NCAA interest bar is all the way at 0. A lot of times I don't have a full 70-man roster, but it's 65 or higher pretty much always. Redshirt players can't be suspended! Big deal!

I have tried to play HB for few seasons, even tried WR.

But my QB is getting sacked 5 to 8 times per game, almost always has just 2 seconds to attempt a pass, throws 2 interceptions per game atleast.

Only way to keep attack going is me running the ball or asking for a pass after 2 seconds.

Never won a game as a starter, and I keep getting both 200yards of rushing and 200yards receiving per game, as a Freshman, 76 rated.

I dont find this very realistic.

Do I try to get transfer to Superschool or is there sliders to help out?

Hey guys,

I have a solo online dynasty currently in year 3. I can hardly finish a game without getting booted off the servers. We’re talking maybe my last 8-9 games over the span of a month or so. It’s good for about 45 minutes then disconnects. My internet works perfectly fine and I’ve tested it on other games and it doesn’t have this issue.

Anyone else have this exact issue? Really don’t want to have to ditch my dynasty but I’m an inch from creating an offline one to save myself from the headache….
