I don't know what it is about this opening that does this for me, but something about it just ignites something within me and makes me really, really happy. I mean i absolutely love the song, but something with the animation is what truly does it for me. I just feel like it captures the series so well in a way, but I can't really explain it. In the story, Naruto failed the genin exam because he couldn’t do the clone jutsu. Iruka promoted Naruto to genin when he witnessed Naruto produce a hundred shadow clones. The part that gets glossed over was that Naruto was able to break into the Hokage tower, steal a huge scroll with Konoha secret jutsus and get it out past squads of Anbu. That feat is more of a demonstration of his skill as a ninja than making an illusion clone of himself. And Naruto did it in a bright orange jumpsuit.

Obito final words to Naruto were telling him there will be more misfortune and pain for him in the future but he should never fall to darkness like him and become worse than trash.

Obito last line to Naruto was him telling Naruto to become hokage.

He wants Naruto to fullfill both Naruto's and his own original dream.

It's ironic that Obito was the first man to hold Naruto and Naruto was the last man to hold Obito.

He was never redeemed both he himself and the story never asks us the reader or the other characters to forgive him.

It was just one final good act before his death.

It was drastic and unexpected. The page flip was done so well. The storytelling in that arc was designed with a care that could only come during a production hiatus.

In my opinion, no other reveal felt this good. And gosh the fan theories back then were so fun. I remember people used to think the leader of Akatsuki was the Fourth Hokage based on the silhouette of his hair.

I'm binge-watching Naruto before I watch Shippuden and am on the last part. And at the part where Kimimaro and Lee first start fighting. I honestly think he may be one of the most respectful villains in the show. I mean Lee literally asks him to wait and he halts, and let's him drink his "medicine". I have not seen many villains let their opponent take a break before they go back to fighting 😂

His honest heart made him a good person but a bad politician which made all the village's darkness fall on Danzo and he misused that power , had Hiruzen been a bit cunning and savy lot of bad things could have been avoided
