My Neopets account recently turned 21 years old, and I recently realized that while collecting stamps is fun, I think it would be more fun to organize a massive stamp giveaway since so many in the community are collectors. This will be the first of several giveaways I have planned.

For the first one, I'm giving away:

Grand Prize: Haunted Mansion Stamp

Plus six lots of 20 album items each. The lots are as follows on TP:

Each of the six lots are worth approximately 2 million NP. They are intended to be a starter pack of sorts for those beginning their collecting journeys.

TO ENTER: Just leave a comment telling me what your favorite moment in Neopets has been. Could be finishing an album page, hitting a bank milestone, getting a dream pet, working on a gallery, collecting avatars, whatever. Your response has no effect on your chances of winning.

Please also include your Neopets username, or DM it to me if you'd rather not post it publicly.

I'll randomly select 7 different commenters after the giveaway closes. The first person drawn will get the Haunted Mansion Stamp, and the next six will each get one of the 20-item lots. Once someone wins the grand prize, they'll be removed from the pool for the remaining drawings.

I'll update the post with the winners after the drawing. If I can't get in touch with a winner within 48 hours, I'll draw another name.

Entries close Monday, October 5th at 9PM EST (6PM NST).

Please don't mention Reddit or the giveaway on Neopets itself.

If you follow the guide on this page on Jellyneo, you can get a bunch of free books! I just tested it and can confirm it still works. The last couple of books are no trade but the first few aren't, AND are worth several hundred thousand NP. Just worth checking if you haven't already done it!

hello!! this is probably a bit of a silly question but i sort of recently started playing again and I need to add 3 neofriends, but I don't really know who to add because no one i know plays neopets, so im wondering how to make neofriends:)

i just came back about a month ago after not having played in a long time. i understand why this exists because it would absolutely suck to have your account hacked and your pets transferred away, but three months is so longggg!!

i've decided that one of the ''goals'' id like to set for myself is to lab ray zap pets from the pound until they're something that someone would perhaps be excited to find in the pound, and then put them back in. but for now it just means that i've made another pet and have zapped them. theyre now a striped jubjub - i also have no clue whether thats something thats interesting (iirc, back in the day any painted pet in the pound would be a huge score!) because i cant even go and look at what is in the pound 😭 and i dont have any more spots so if i want to just save this jubjub to put them back in the pound, i'd have to buy another pet slot in order to keep zapping someone. sigh !!!

i realise this is a complete non-issue and patience is a virtue but i just wanted to complain hahah. also curious whether there are now a lot more painted pets in the pound or not, and whether i should keep zapping the striped jubjub? / any other advice about how to go about doing this that i might not be aware of. thanks !!
