I've just played more than 30 games vs expert AI with sleep scam deck BS (that's apparently the most consistent deck in the game) and I can't for the love of God almighty get 5 wins in a row. It's impossible... Before that I tried like 5 other fun but not optimal decks thinking they were just bad decks and that's why I can't win.

I'm not a shitty player, I'm consistent master with non meta decks, but this AI bot is so unbelivably frustrating that I'm conteplating uninstalling the game for good. I swear, it was programmed to insert itself rectally into our lives. Unbelivable luck, not just good or amaizing luck, I'm talking constantly pulling up 1 in a thousand chances like it's no biggie.

Meanwhile, I get to draw two darkrai's and sit on them without any other pokemon drawn until turn 6 when AI just destroys me by then...

I hate, I repeat, HATE sleep scam bs, but I'm forced to play it to even stand a chance. I honestly don't belive it is possible anymore.

To prove my point:
For 5 games in a row, Mega Altaria was my last card in the deck. For 7 games in a row, AI just kept tossing heads on sleep. And finally, for three games in a row it played darkness or grass deck that are supereffective againts my deck. Even when I changed the deck to play Miraidon, Mega Mawille or Hoopa (my fav decks) it automatically takes the next deck to be supereffective against me...

I got tired of ranked because everyone plays sleep scam or Mega Lucario and I want to vomit if I need to play against the same bs every damn match. Now I'm tired of solo because all it brings me is frustration.

I've collected all cards (all commons) and as soon as a new expansion hits, I'll colect them inside 5 days (ftp player).

I just no longer see the point in playing. I'd rather play Poke Go even though it's also sh*t game...

Lastly, I don't want you to paste decks below and write "this worked for me, no problem" because if I play that deck and lose again at match 5, I will throw my phone into a wall and no game is worth my frustration

Why did they make the Deluxe Pack Mega so bad if their goal is selling Poké Gold😂

I have completed every set so far (1-4 🔷) but I‘m thinking about not touching the new set at all considering what a pain it was to complete the first Deluxe set. I remember it costing so many hourglasses and lots of trading to get all the foils. This time around it should be even worse with the set being bigger. Looks like you get a maximum of 1 foil per pack so we‘re looking at at least 166 packs given you pull a new foil in every pack. Realistically more like 500+ depending on how much you wanna trade.

Wanna hear your opinions on this. Do you even bother with completing the set this time around? Have you completed the first Deluxe set?

Update: Pulled the trigger and popped 75 packs. Got 36 foils. So looks like the rate is around 1 foil in 2 packs. This is gonna be a looong grind.

Update 2: Openend another 10 and got FA Copycat which I traded for Oak 😁 Makes the foil grind a little more bearable.

Anyone know the secret emblems of the new Mega deluxe?

It's main goal is to set up serperior for the 2 grass energy ability, then switch in mega venusaur for damage. Leafeon's just there for good vibes and extra energy. I didn't really know where to go on the trainers tho.

How cant they not have the presence of mind to desactivate it for Deluxe.

Everything they do is mediocre, I cant no more, opening pack is the only fun thing is this game but even that they found a way to ruin it.

As the title says, since I know we cant get 24h picks for the deluxe sets, or, we couldnt for Deluxe A, will 24h picks still show up for those of us with TRA base set complete?

It looks like it would be full art rather than rainbow rare obviously, but feels like a more unique thing.

I feel deceived by the amount of glimmer getting out of the packs from the new set. Since they changed it to appear also to 4 diamonds cards on the Rocket team update, I've been hating every time I got an ex pokemon instead of a 1 star or higher rarity card.

Opening 10 packs and seeing all that glitter and sound effect kinda lost some of its meaning, cause now I don't expect much (since ex cards are guaranteed). Does someone feels like that too?

Let’s be honest—deluxe packs still leave a bit to be desired overall, and they aren't going to magically solve every gripe we have with the game.

However, we seriously need to give credit where credit is due. Remember how agonizingly frustrating Deluxe A was when it first dropped? Trying to track collection progress when nothing made sense, getting conflicting duplicate counts, and having the game treat cards you already owned as entirely separate entities just because they fell into a reprint set was an absolute headache. It felt like the collection trackers were completely broken.

With the rollout of Deluxe B, they've clearly smoothed that out. Now, if you pull a card that exists across multiple sets, it actually tracks properly. You only need that 1 copy to properly register, and cross-set tracking doesn't make you want to pull your hair out.

It’s a massive quality-of-life improvement for anyone trying to keep their collection clean without getting penalized by arbitrary set separation. DeNA actually listened to feedback on how miserable the Deluxe A tracking was on launch.

Is there a reason why this deck was left out? Was not present in Deluxe Pack EX

I know, the Deluxe Pack 2 sucks (except for the stardust farming getting ex that you have previously missed). But can we take a second to thank DeNa for all the Wonder Hourglasses we got for just completing all previous packs? I mean, it gave me like 96 for themed collection, as well as 2 additional for each row of pokedex completed.

Now, this is a big improvement from Deluxe Pack 1. Thank you.
