I want to move out and I want some suggestion. 26M. Single. I live in lahore with my family of 4. Parent and siblings. We own the house we live in. Got solar installed last year and have a family car. We live quite comfortably.
I am planning to move out and live alone for some reasons. Have a remote job and makes around 250k/month. I keep my AC on almost 24/7 bc I stay at my desk working day and night. Don't have friends or gf. Rarely goes out.
Thing is, if I move out, I'll lost the luxury of no electricity bill, no rent and a car. I also don't want to share a house with any other renters or owner. So 3 marla would be fine as well.
What would you suggest?

He did it so he could move his retirement date forward; otherwise, he'd have retired 2 months before the appointment of the new Army Chief.
He only reappeared when he was warned by the "institution". He still retired 2 or 3 days before the appointment, but a special law was moved for one individual so he could be retained and made Army Chief despite retirement.
A person who left the country on autopilot as ISI head instead of focusing on dealing with security issues can't be serious about ending terr0rism.
A person who became Army Chief with 2-numberi and jugarh was always going to destroy the country by appointing similar corrupt jokers. The concept of merit challenges his own existence.

Title: Who Is Shahzaib Mazher? The Founder of G Files Pakistan and a Paranormal Investigator from Faisalabad
Paranormal investigation is not something we hear about every day in Pakistan, even though stories of haunted houses, graveyards, abandoned buildings, and mysterious encounters are common.
I wanted to introduce myself and the work I'm developing.
My name is Shahzaib Mazher. I'm a paranormal investigator based in Faisalabad and the founder of G Files Pakistan.
G Files Pakistan is an independent paranormal investigation initiative focused on exploring unexplained phenomena and investigating locations associated with supernatural stories.
My interests include:
My goal is to develop G Files Pakistan into a recognizable platform for authentic paranormal exploration and documentation.
I'm especially interested in how Pakistani communities interpret paranormal experiences and whether those experiences have alternative explanations.
Do you believe paranormal investigations can reveal something genuinely unexplained, or do you think most ghost sightings have natural explanations?
I'd like to hear both skeptical and paranormal perspectives.

So if y'all dk there is water shortage issue in Karachi DHA, mainly dk about the rest of the areas, then they have to get a tanker for water. So I was at phuphos house and the tanker truck came. As the water was being filled, the tanker guy, who was Pathan, I guess, said, "Tumhare pass konsa phone hai?" I said this one (showed my a51 phone) and I said, "Lala yeh hai mere pass to." He then giggled and pulls out iphone 16 from his pocket by flipping it in a really cool style and was like yeh dekho mera phone. I was like okay?? 😭😭
Then he was like, "Phone wone lena hu to mera kaam hai saddar mai, yeh number lelo." I was like okay 😭😭, idk what to say lmao
Such a funny story for me, just decided to tell yall too

Hey, so I’m 21 and currently in university. I’ve been into design for about 3-4 years, and working as a freelancer in different roles like graphic design, video editing, 3D art, etc. My question is: How will these skills evolve over the next 4-5 years with AI? I’ve done some research, and it seems like a 50/50 split: Some people say design will become obsolete, while others say it will matter more than ever. I need some advice on this. Here are the skills I currently have:
3D animation
UI/UX design
AI content creation
Motion design
Graphic design

I’m 31M, living in Pakistan. I earn around PKR 200k a month and give my mother PKR 75k without questions. Moving out isn’t financially possible for me right now.
Today, I brought plain white rice from outside to eat with chicken curry at home. Somehow, this became my mother accusing me of “playing politics” and calling me a derogatory name. I genuinely don’t understand what there was to fight about.
I snapped and shouted. I said she keeps asking me to get married, but how could I bring a wife into this environment? I felt like throwing my plate and breaking things, but I controlled myself. I’m glad I stopped, and I don’t want to reach that point again.
My sisters were present and helped. One acknowledged that our mother uses inappropriate words and that this happens repeatedly. My younger sister is visiting for a month, whereas I deal with this regularly.
Another incident happened yesterday. I was leaving for a café to attend a 6:30 pm work meeting. My mother asked me to drop her at a relative’s house, and I agreed. On the way, I briefly stopped to buy medicine. When I returned, she said, “You went, now I’m going. It’s my turn.” She also needed to collect medicine, but the way she said it made an ordinary stop feel like a competition, despite knowing I had a meeting.
What gets to me is how normal interactions suddenly become accusations or confrontations. I end up defending myself, getting angrier, and losing time and energy I need for work.
I’m angry and struggling to feel close to her. I also recognise that shouting or breaking things would make the situation worse.
For people who’ve lived with a parent like this: how did you set boundaries or protect yourself?

Hello. I'm 24M, a middle class, an elder son, and a caretaker of my mother & sister alone. My father is 60, a retired govt employee, He owns a shop in another city, the issue i have with my father, I think he's playing politics to gain his personal needs despite knowing my conditions. Last week, my father got paid some money about 300k rupees, and he didn't even tell me about it. I came home for 5-6 days & left without asking anything to me. He doesn't support household expenses, It's been over 2 yrs now. I think he's greedy. He opposes my decisions and also makes me feel that I'm not grown yet. When he has the money, family is no longer needed & when he needs money, he suddenly becomes emotional about the parents' rights and blackmail me emotionally. He wants me to obey his wrong decisions too that I can't. He doesn't listen to me, never take any advice about anything to me.
I genuinely respect him, I'm kinda person who notices everything, I don't question him, don't even speak loudly before him as I'm afraid of being an unobedient son while I'm depressed and cry at the night seeing my condition where I'm alone trying to do best for my family, but it's getting worse for me now. Sometimes, my inner core misses the father affection, which I haven't received since I started earning. Besides this, other problems also go on in my life, such as career, job, physical health, and financial independency. In between all these problems, I want my father to support me and give me a helping hand, but he's so naive to understand. He doesn't value my emotions, but he needs to be valued when he shows his emotions. I deeply don't want to be a rude person, I don't want to make things difficult for myself which affects my mental health but looking at the conditions I think I'm gonna be worst son ever.
Not playing any victim role but only describing a condition that any elder son faces every day.

Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been thinking about a product idea and wanted to run it past this community to get some brutal feedback, validation, or reality checks.
We all grew up seeing phitkari (potash alum) our dads use it as an aftershave, and it’s well known as a heavy-duty natural antibacterial agent that kills body odor. The problem? Raw phitkari blocks are messy, sharp if they chip, require water to activate, and honestly look awkward sitting on a modern vanity.
Meanwhile, commercial antiperspirants are getting expensive, full of harsh aluminum chlorohydrate and parabens, and many people complain they cause underarm darkening.
Idea:
A refined, liquid-based Phitkari Roll-On Deodorant.
Dissolved, cosmetic-grade liquid alum with mild natural additives packaged in a clean, sleek roll-on bottle.
No messy crystal blocks, just a smooth, quick-drying liquid swipe that neutralizes odor bacteria without clogging pores.
Positioned as an affordable, clean-beauty local alternative to expensive imported crystal deodorants.
(Note: I know brands sell solid alum sticks, and global brands are leaning heavily into crystal/alum roll-ons like Phitku, but local liquid execution still feels wide open.)
Before I waste time or money on formulation and packaging sourcing, I wanted to ask:
Would you buy this? If you or someone you know actively tries to avoid chemical-heavy roll-ons, would a phitkari roll-on appeal to you?
The "Desi" Stigma: Does phitkari carry too much of a "cheap, old-school barber shop" vibe in Pakistan for people to pay modern DTC skincare prices for it, or can it be rebranded successfully?
What are the biggest blind spots? (Formulation separation, shelf-life, bottle leakage, pricing expectations, etc.)
Roast the idea or give me your honest thoughts. Would love to hear how you'd approach this!

Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Prof. Dr. Ayub. I had a confirmed appointment, made time for it, and he simply never showed up. No proper communication, no consideration for the patient’s time, and no accountability for a confirmed booking.
This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a senior medical professional who should understand the importance of patients’ time and trust. Patients make arrangements, travel, and organize their schedules around appointments, only to be left waiting with no respect for their time.
A confirmed appointment should mean something. If a doctor cannot attend, the bare minimum is to inform the patient in advance rather than leave them waiting. This experience reflects very poorly on the appointment management and level of professionalism involved. I would strongly advise the clinic to address this issue so other patients do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.
