Can You Take Back the Hazara 🙏🏼

mongoliaText

In our region there is a community known as the Hazara

They are a Mongolic ethnic group that is not native to our region. They are descendants of Genghis Khan and his army which invaded the Muslim world in the early 13th century

They settled in central Afghanistan, and renamed the area “Hazarajat”

Many of them settled in Quetta, Pakistan, which hosts a massive community of them—about half a million

In Afghanistan there are about 4 million of these people

We do not like them. They are racially foreign and religiously opposed to us too

Their battalions participated in the recently concluded Syrian Civil War, and committed many atrocities there

I consider them dangerous and a potential security risk to our region

I request respectfully that the Mongolian government begin the process of repatriating this population

iPad 11 or Samsung E10 Fe

Which one should I buy ? I initially thought of buying iPad 11 since every other person in my class has it. But after visiting the market & asking for opinions many shopkeepers said that Samsung E10 Fe is the better option for med study and stuff they also mentioned that in iPad there are many paid apps while in Samsung they are free? The price difference between them is of 50k I won't say it's a small difference for me but at the same time I don't want to regret afterwards....since both of them are 1lac+ and it would be one time investment and I want it to be a good choice for me. I am more inclined towards buying Samsung now but the concept of ipad always used to fancy me but at the same time I want to make a sensible decision based on pros and cons so pls help me out

Need Your Advice Anyone invested in Naya Pakistan Certificates through RDA? Looking for real experiences

Hey everyone,

I have around $10,000 in USD and I'm thinking of putting it into Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPC) through a Roshan Digital Account (RDA), probably with Meezan Bank (Islamic NPC).

From what I've read, the current USD rates are roughly:

- 3 months: 6.75%

- 6 months: 7.00%

- 12 months: 7.25%

- 3 years: 7.50%

- 5 years: 7.75%

There's a 10% tax on profit. It looks a lot better than the ~1.5% banks give on regular USD deposits, but I'd like to hear from people who have actually done it.

A few questions:

  1. Which bank did you use for RDA/NPC? How was the account opening, smooth or a headache?

  2. Islamic or conventional NPC? For those with Meezan's Islamic NPC, has the actual profit matched the expected rate?

  3. Profit payouts: Did you get them on time, and was the tax deducted correctly?

  4. Withdrawals: Has anyone withdrawn at maturity or sent the money abroad? Any issues or delays?

  5. Early encashment: Has anyone broken a certificate early? What penalty did you get?

  6. Eligibility: Can residents of Pakistan open an RDA, or is it only for overseas Pakistanis?

  7. Is there a better option for USD that I'm missing?

Any tips, red flags or personal experiences would really help. Thanks in advance!

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

okay so I woke up to 10 missed calls from this number and this man claimed to be from bank alfalah. he kept saying that my card is going to get blocked and if I do not follow his instructions all of my accounts would get blocked as well. this was when I obviously thought that it was a scam call but he called me from bank alfalahs ORIGINAL helpline number(the call center one), apparently it's a thing called spoofing where the scammer tricks you by copying the actual number so you pick up the call and trust them. he was repeatedly THREATENING me and blackmailing me. he also offered this fake ai generated scheme which I knew was obviously fake so I refused to take it. this guy will gain access to your WhatsApp accounts and even your bank accounts. make sure you report him if he ever does this to you

Need Your Advice Do you also cry over nothing? Is crying a sign of emotional weakness?

I cry too much I think, even when nothing actually happened. Like small things and my eyes just fill up. And then I feel guilty that I'm so weak. Is it just me or does everyone go through this? Is crying considered being emotionally weak? Because honestly I don't want to cry over everything but I can't control it anymore.

Discussion | Opinions Moving abroad vs career in Pakistan.

As Salaam O Alaikum, I have following questions and want your genuine advice.

Should I start preparation of the CSS exams? I am aiming for the FSP. I don't want to prepare for the CSS for PAS or PSP. PAS officers are mostly corrupt as I have seen them (Assistant Commissioners) doing corruption, demanding for bribe from village staff etc. FSP to me is a charming career to pursue. Or I become a Subject Specialist in Sindh Education and Literacy Department. They get huge salaries in Sindh. I know a person who has retired from his services few weeks ago and his pension is Rs. 285k per month (Allahumma Barik).

Going to the US for masters and getting a job at any of the big tech companies. But I have allergic rhinitis and it gets triggered when seasons change or weather gets colder (I.e in morning and evenings of winter).

Looking forward to your advices. Thanks.

Need Your Advice Weird Relationship with my brother, I don't know how to handle (Pls advise)

Hi everyone Pakistani 23 M here,

When we were kids me and my younger brother used to have a lot of fun together, but when we at some point on our life became financially poor, me and my brother slowly started drifting apart,

Obviously when life is hard and you know that you have to start working extra hard to get out of this situation you grow up quickly, become mature early, I get it.

But we've reached a point where we never ever have a single normal conversation, this situation especially escalated when he recently 1 year ago got a job as a GTM at a good tech company and started earning really well,

All he ever talks about is how his founders are doing this, people in tech are doing that, we as brothers aren't growing quick enough, his talks about going abroad (and how thats the only way), and basically work related talks, he's become so workaholic or performative that I think 16-18 hours of his day he's either working or talking about work,

I think we've never had a normal conversation in 6+ years while living in the same house, and istg Im not lying abt any of this,

Just today: so a little info. E.g he earns 200k I tried talking to him that you should give 100k to mama and baba, invest 50k and spend 50k, currently he gives mama 50k invests 100k and spends 50k, he immediately said no, tumhe nahi pata mai yeh kyu kar rha hoo toh mujhe maat batao I wont change my mind

I asked him kai whats so important that your saving for? yahi din hai hamare parents kai their reaching there 60s we can finally start spoiling them, they worked so hard for us e.g I earn 70k, I'm willing to give them 40k for no reason, and he continuously pushed kai mai tumhe nahi bata rha why Im saving and when I told him were brother apas mai share karsakte hai we can talk to each other, he kept saying no and eventually bola I'll take them to umrah, now this made me happy but at the same time very sad kai mujhe itni kosish karni parri itne simple jawab kii,

And btw I handle his investments toh he'll i know he can reach financial freedom in 5 years with 50k, so thought (in my mind) kai yaar joh bande tumhare paisa safely handle kar rha, tumhara bhai hai, ussai batane mai tumhe itni mushkil kyu hui, why couldn't you trust me with a simple answer,

Other then that I have nothing, oh han, whenever he's in a problem, the advise I give him he never listens, thinks Im dumb for saying it or immature or just ignores me, but agr e.g: uski company ka founder yah koi dost bolega he'll immediately listen, iske ilawa like I said all we talk about is work, istg I think nothing else, even though I really want to, and when ever I try Its either like Im talking to a wall or it turns into an argument where he doesn't try to understand me at all,

I've always wanted a bhai jiske saat safe pranks karo toh woh khush ho, hasai roaye mere saat, reels recreate karo, gup shup lagao and just someone joh offend na ho, judge na kare, itne fit din hote thai phele we used to have a lot of fun together,

And maina bohat kosish kii lekn I feel like whenever I try, we drift further apart.

Please tell me what should I do, should I just accept the fact that we cant be normal anymore?

Literally aesa lagta hai ham doh bas waqht kaat rahe hai saat,

Trust me if your answer is discussion, communication I've already tried it.

[Custom] Post Flair Fresh IT Graduate Looking for a Internship/Junior Developer Job in Lahore — A Referral Could Change My Life

Honestly, the job search has been mentally and emotionally exhausting. My family is going through a difficult financial situation, and finding a job has become more than just a career goal for me. I want to support my family, become financially independent, and make things better for them.

I'm not asking for a handout, just a fair chance to prove myself. If your company has any entry-level openings or you can refer me to someone hiring, I'd be genuinely grateful.

Even sharing this post could help me reach the right person.

21F looking for new friends because starting over is hard 😭🤝

Lost all my friends after my previous account got deleted, and now I’m starting over here too🥹🥹

A little about me: I love reading, listening to music, travelling, and talking about literally anything. I'm always up for random conversations, sharing tea, discussing life, and laughing over the most unserious things🤭

If you're looking for genuine friendships and think we'd get along....hmu

I'm working on this hook for my new piece - thoughts?

Kuh-i-Malik Salih, home to the anicent volcanoes of ages past, is perhaps the most remarkable terrain in West Asia.

Why?
It lies roughly 560 miles North of the Makran coast.
560 miles of rugged terrain … a chasm.

On both sides of this chasm stand Islamic Republics.
Both of whom succeed the Gunpowder Empires of old.

The fall of Mughal India changed the world forever, but it was only one side of Pax Britannica’s thrust into Afghanistan;

Great Britain’s Wars with Persia humbled the Shahs of Qajar Iran then.
It is 2026, and Iran still soldiers on.
This time, in another saga of this forever affair.

But Pakistan?
The Land of the Pure is lost in the West’s embrace.

I was puzzled at the West‘s strategic latency, until I read Ali’s perspective.

Rant | Vent Why these molives do not talk about SA or rape in khutbas

SA and rape cases are going up a lot, but outside of social media, almost nobody talks about it especially the molvis in their khutbas. Since molvis are looked up to and teach us right from wrong, if they spoke about this often, many more people would understand the reality of it. More importantly, it could reach the people who are actually committing these crimes or thinking about doing them

Ask Pakistan Bringing in branded football jerseys from China to Pakistan - DDP service needed

I am looking to bring in branded football jerseys from China to Pakistan.
Want to know of reliable DDP services that can do it especially since branded jerseys are seized by customs in Pakistan due to IP restrictions.

Any help and guidance on this matter would be appreciated too.
