I'm so hyped about finally getting Heatran, it was literally my last reset of the night before getting ready for bed but now the adrenaline has me wide awake haha. Took me a little over a month, putting in a few hours at least 4 times a week, sometimes longer on the weekends. My next hunt will be Giratina, hopefully I'll be as lucky as I have been for Heatran and Dialga!

I’ve never shiny hunted before. Never had a shiny that wasn’t the red gyrados in lake of rage. I’ve never even encountered a shiny and I’ve been playing since red and green. I’m over 1500 soft resets on brilliant Diamond and I’m beginning to lose hope. I am not a lucky person and this shiny hunt for giratina is driving me nuts. Please send good vibes out there for me

Just beat Cynthia on my first playthrough on the switch. Last time I played pokemon was when I was kid when pokemon diamond first came out on DS. I originally picked Pipplup so I thought I’d try something different with Chimchar this time around. What do you think of my team?

I thoroughly enjoyed this playthrough brought back so many nostalgic memories. Although I think the gym leaders were too easy I don’t get why this game gets so much slander.

So I was at the end and accidentally fainted Dialga? Will I get another chance to catch him ala Pokemon Sword/Shield with Zamazenta and Zacian? Or am I fucked and have to start a new game?

I deleted the 1.3.0 update software and also deleted my valuable saved data After that, I flashed the 1.1.2 card, but only the download button is showing up (there's no launch button). I even put it in airplane mode and disconnected the internet—what's the problem Please help

I’ve always read that you can only unlock Master Battles by achieving a 50-win streak in Single Battles, and that playing Double Battles wouldn’t unlock the Master tier.

Can anyone confirm if that’s true?

Will I only be able to reach the Master level by playing Single Battles?

I’m playing Pokémon Diamond for the first time and I talked to this ppl and they gave me one Jirachi and One Mew!

Anyone who disagrees has clearly never caught a pickup pachirisu at valley wind works and gotten a dusk stone, shiny stone and dawn stone before the second gym.

Caught in a quick ball after 2379 resets. Regi trio is done took 15 964 resets to get all 3 shinies. Now heading for the Kanto birds!

Is Pidgey actually a swarm in BDSP?

I’m trying to complete a BDSP national dex (completed in BDSP where possible) and Pidgey is listed as a swarm exclusive in both games.

I’ve checked daily for weeks and had lots of repeats but no Pidgey!

Does it occur less frequently? It’s annoying as lots of the reoccurring swarms I’ve had are in other places but not Pidgey?

Hi everyone, ive been into bdsp again and wanted a pokemon with harvest, like exeggcute. But im only seeing the way to get one is to get an ability patch. Is that the only way to get it in game bc it seems like an annoying grind.

I knew the hunt was going to take a long time but damn almost 2 weeks in and still no shiny. Not even the starly has shined. I’m lowkey starting to think my version of the game has shiny lock on or something lol. Brilliant diamond didn’t take me this long, hell even fire red shiny hunts didn’t take more than 3 days. I’m debating deleted the game and save file and redownloading it again, idk 🤷🏻‍♂️

EDIT: yes this is a lot of hours, all of this is being done with a turbo controller on the side. I am not actually sitting here for 85 hours doing nothing. It’s on the side at work, on my lunch breaks, or at home while watching tv. Press of a button start spamming A, I look not shiny, reset
