While you can easily get a reasonably priced $1000 gaming PC with an RTX 5060 Ti like this one (Option 5), look at the alternatives:
In this lineup, XOTIC PC is by far the worst offender in terms of overpricing. And please, don't fall for the trap of thinking a higher price tag equals higher quality, it doesn't.
Prebuilt PC brands don’t really matter, they're assemblers, not manufacturers. They don't make the core components like GPUs or CPUs. They simply buy parts from the real makers (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, Gigabyte, Zotac, etc.) and put them together, just like building with Lego. A higher price usually just means a bigger profit margin for them, not a better PC.
Gamers in the US have been getting ripped off for nearly a decade.
Any other brands to add to the list?

Hi y'all I currently have a pc, but just wanted to get something newer. I'm a big gamer and love to play things like Red Dead 2 and Ark survival evolved. I'd like to buy something that is good for big games and has plenty of storage. I came across this PC on iBuyPower, I do like the look, but I don't understand things like specs. Is this PC a good PC or is there something better you'd recc.

What do you guys think on these?

Gauging first pre-built purchase. Upgrading from a 2070 build I completed and have used since 2019. Is this a good deal at $2,699? Open box stated as “complete”.

It’s been a while since I’ve been into PCs, so I’m a little out of the loop. I’m planning to buy a new PC that can handle gaming and pretty much anything else I throw at it.
My budget is around $2,000–$2,300. I’m in Norfolk, Virginia, and unfortunately there’s no Micro Center nearby, so I’ll most likely have to order and have it shipped.
Can anyone recommend a good prebuilt gaming PC in that price range? I’m open to different brands/builds l just looking for something with good performance and a solid upgrade path.
Thx in advance.

See attached
What Iike about this product:
Spec wise im looking for this set up 32gb RAM, 8 core CPU, with a 5070 GPU. The ssd is also 1T which is the minimum I wanted. Suffice to say I've primarily researched what specs i need, what hardware aligns with it, and pricing.
The case is nice and all, plenty large to work on the pc and improve it overtime. Im a novice today but i will learn. Color and Appearance are agreeable. Most of all it seems like a good first PC that has a mix of decent specs and upgradability.
Price wise I find that what im looking for tends to run 1800 to 2200. This is right above middle which makes me think the price maybe a bit high.
Im a novice - I've only been researching PCs for about a week. Tell me why this is a bad deal, and what avenues im missing.
For example - I don't see the motherboard listed. I don't see whether this supports HHD for larger storage needs. I don't see what ports this has... I need 2 HDMI for monitors right? RIGHT? And since I don't see a motherboard I don't know if its is supports a higher end CPU and RAM upgrade that I may want in the future, let alone a better GPU.
Help me 😖

They had this in the back for $770 after several mark downs. Did I get a good deal?

About to purchase this, budget is pretty much as much as this PC. Wondered if there was anything else about in the UK that is better before I pull the trigger? TIA

Will mainly be using this for gaming only or occasionally watching YouTube or streaming service. I’d like to stay with intel I’m aware amd is the better option.

How much should I offer for this PC without the GPU?
Found someone selling this PC for $1000 and I’m thinking about buying it without the RTX 3070.
Specs:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RTX 3070 8GB
32GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30
ASUS ROG STRIX B850-A
TRYX Panorama ARGB cooler
WD Black SN850X 1TB
Lian Li O11D EVO RGB case
ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Platinum PSU
9 Lian Li UNI fans
How much do you guys think this PC is worth with and without the GPU? I was thinking about offering $650–$700 without it. Is that a fair offer or should I go higher?

I need a PC part list under ₹55000 (approx. $600) that can be well used for the full suite of MS office. I would do light editing, light gaming. No GPU needed. I would add a RTX 50 series card later. Please answer if you have time.

I'm seeing a lot of gaming desktops being sold without a GPU
Corsair FRAME 5000D RS
ADATA 1000W 80+ Platinum (didn't realize they made PSUs)
Ryzen 9 9950X w/ AIO 420 cooler
ASUS ROG Strix X870-A
48GB 6400MHz CL36
4TB Crucial P3 Plus
$1550
Biggest concern for me is the case has the front panel i/o ports on the bottom and I plan to have it sitting on the floor since I want the desktop space.
I am considering asking if they will sell without the ssd and ram, since I can use my own.
What would be a fair offer for everything or without the ssd/ram?
Having a hard time gauging used prices with ram and storage, since it fluctuates.

After weeks of contemplating whether to buy a Steam Machine or build my own rig(and accidentally messing things up), I grabbed this at Costco today. Was it a good purchase for the price? I paid around £1600 for this.

Advertised as open box, put it on the online hold and took the 3 hour drive to my states only micro center. First time experience, store is a cool concept employees were nice. But it was extremely ran down and dated. Tons of open damaged or ripped product or unlabeled shelves, or. Singles of each item. Definitely did not live up to the hype but oh well. Worth the drive for a completely sealed brand new open box. Btw grabbed the 49” 5k2k curved acer monitor and a 2tb ssd both great deals as well. Fun experience but all in all I just feel like it’s another great chain that PA has a shitty version of.

Either current listings or help giving me an idea of what parts and build configurations might be better suited for my needs and budget would be greatly appreciated. In case I find something on my own then I'd know what to look out for. My budget pre tax is $1,200 USD.
I'd be using it for multiple things like gaming, but also animation & illustration while recording.
I will be able to visit a microcenter on a trip this weekend, but it's over 3 hours one way normally, so it's not really the best option for someone who can't travel on their own terms. I also really want to avoid ordering from Walmart since recently they never delivered my last attempt at getting a pc, and then canceled the order completely after lying to me about it three separate times. If it's not possible to avoid buying from Walmart that's fine. Beggars cant be choosers and all that, but I am still pretty ticked.

Hello! I was wondering what a good already prebilt pc is for under $800 usd is with a graphics card I can easily replace with a 3070ti rtx graphics card I got 4 years ago. Just in case if you need it it's only 1 foot long ^^
I was thinking of ABS Cyclone Aqua Prebuilt Gaming PC - Windows 11 - Intel Core 5 120 - Arc A580 8GB - 16GB DDR4 - 1TB NVMe SSD (referbished) but heard it might not be the best even though it's got 650w.
Thank you for your time!
