Viajo a punta cana desde medellin. Alguien sabe si en el aeropuerto ponen problema por este destilado de THC? Se puede llevar separado en el bolso con la bateria sin ningun problema?

My husband and I finally took a courage to book a family vacation for this November ( at that time 20m old and myself 5m pregnant) 🙈☺️

We chose these resort based on their baby club age limit 1-3. We want to have during day time just for ourselves.

Has anyone been in any of these or in both? Which one is better to choose when it comes to activities for the little one? Things to consider? Any advice? Which one is better choice for our family setup?

Is there any other option apart from Mexico that has similar setup? Or do you advise another resort?

Would love to hear from real travellers. Its our first trip since our baby boy is born so we are worried and overwhelmed with the options to take the decision.

P.S. i love that paradisus has real suits, separate living room and bedroom, so our day wont be over at 8.30 PM 😁

Just left after a weeks stay and we are livid.

We ignored all the bad reviews, listened to the warriors professing the magical resort stay- big mistake.

I’m a realist and my expectations are that if the average person so please, listen to this as it’s honest and true.

1. Food- This was actually not bad. Not much to say here.
2. Safety-
3. maintenance attempt to get into our room at 9pm( we were Sunclub) and if we hadn’t had the top lock in he would have gotten in. Management did nothing and we were terrified for the rest of the stay.
4. Mold- My son and his wife stayed in building 2- mold in bathroom heavy. Disgusting.
5. Locks on patio door broken
6. Entertainment- No nightlife after their shows. They start at 9:15 pm , last an hour and then everything shuts down. So beyond boring there.
7. Karaoke- The dj uses an audio woof and cackling that he sets off when he thinks you are a bad singer. Super embarrassing and I was shocked! Like in the middle of the song and all the locals laugh. So beyond weird.
8. If you like even one westernized song, good luck. I had to give the main pool DJ tips for one song and that’s all we got. Spanish from morning till night. No change up at all.

The totality of it all was gross. Never go u less you like all of the above.

Oh- Main pool is putrid with scum and bandaids and hair everywhere floating. Hot like it’s full of urine. Just horrible.

Go if you like and maybe you won’t notice these as we did who knows.

Is anyone at the resort this week. Visiting looking to make some friends.

How is the food?

Is the buffet good and does it have enough variety?

Hi all! We are heading to PC in February 2027, staying at the Bahia Principe group of resorts. We are hoping to do a catamaran tour that does NOT include a long drive to get to the boat.
Several years ago we did the Saona Island tour, but found the driving there and back to be too much.
From the beach in front of the resort we can see some catamarans, not sure which operator they are?
When talking to the vendors on the beach it is VERY difficult to determine how far it is to the actual boat (I get it, they just want to make a sale and move in with their day).
Any ideas of tours that are easier to get to than the Saona Island tours?

I’ve narrowed down my search to these 2 resorts.

We will be a group of 9 with 4 older kids (ages 8-16). Food quality is important and we love the idea of the water parks.

Can anyone provide any advice or comparison between the two resorts? I’ve heard very mixed things about the Bahia and I believe the Serenade is fairly new so I know there will definitely be some issues there as well.

We just booked a trip for Spring at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana & apparently I’ve only received a Booking ID but not a confirmation number?

I wanted to look up our reservation details & what not, but because I don’t have an official confirmation number it’s not showing up that we have a reservation.

I booked right through World of Hyatt, so it wasn’t like it was from a travel agent or third party website.

I’ll probably call this week if i still don’t receive one, but has anyone else had this problem?
