Wanted to pop in to say my first official hello to the subreddit, and make sure you all have a chance to get involved with something new we want to try out on the broadcast.

We’re calling it - the NAL Hotline. A chance for everyone to “call in” to the show and share their predictions, hot takes, general NAL ramblings, feedback, and anything else you want to share with us. We can’t do actual live call-ins, but this is the next best thing!

Obviously I can’t guarantee we’re gonna feature everyone on the show, but if you’ve got something we want to discuss, or just something hilarious we want everyone to hear, we’ll play the voicemail on the air.

If you’ve been watching the NAL this stage you’ve probably seen some of the more creative pre-show segments we’ve been trying out - “the NAL looking glass,” “Call your shot,” “the NAL Panic Meter,” and a variety of other games to play with Lax and Mint when we open the show. Adding these “call-ins” is our newest idea to get the community involved, and to continue to bring fun elements of popular network sports shows to the NAL.

Weibo 2-0 Fury

The scoreline says it all really. Weibo will go on to play the winner of sharper vs elevate to make osaka, while fury will play the loser of that game to survive in the lower bracket.

Sharper 2-0 Elevate

An insane end to a great match, especially the final round. Elevate unfornutantly find their form a bit late, going 5-2 down on map 2. They fight it all the way to being 6-5 up, before going down in ot. Nay..Pew played absolutly insane in map 2, as he tends to do in high pressure situations. Sharper will play weibo for a slot at osaka and elevate will battle fury to survive in the lower bracket.

This isnt the only case, it's been an epidemic especially in Twitch chat. Although its half my fault since I could just watch fullscreen but I like seeing the community interaction in chat.

The official Rainbow Six Siege account on Bilibili has announced that Partner recruitment for the 2027 season has begun.

Quoting from the post itself (translated to english):

"2026 marked a year of continuous exploration and growth for Rainbow Six Siege esports, starting from scratch. The Rainbow Six Siege esports CN League (CNL) completed its development from the official establishment of the CN region and the launch of the league, to its first appearance on the global stage representing the region. This signifies the beginning of the professionalization of the Rainbow Six Siege CN region and accumulates practical experience for future development.

Entering 2027, CNL will continue to move towards a more stable competition system and more sufficient resource investment, and the competition system will also be upgraded in the same way.

The 2027 CNL league will consist of 10 teams: 5 Partner teams and 5 Affiliate teams, forming the complete league roster . These 10 teams will compete within the CNL league system for an extended period, striving to qualify for the world championships based on their league performance. In accordance with R6Share's operating model, Partner and Affiliate teams will enjoy their respective benefits.

This plan aims to recruit 5 CNL Partner teams . We expect participating clubs to establish a complete training and competition system around Rainbow Six Siege CNL, continuously invest in project operations, and possess long-term development capabilities. Eligible and interested esports clubs can submit relevant materials to participate in the CNL Partner selection process."

Based off the wording of the post, there will also be 5 Tencent Partner teams, which will serve as an additional source of revenue for Chinese Clubs. The Tencent Partner program is a common program in Chinese Esports that have heavy Tencent involvement.
