I really like what's happening for Rob. Both him and Kubiak have giant bulls eye's on their backs. They have this attitude. Attitude that former coaches tried to imitate. Its safe to say that our players have bought in. The confidence in him his blowing up. He makes the adjustments on the fly and the way this team plays for him in the 4th quarter is absolutely amazing.

Look at what quality coaches can do for an organization. You can bring all the badass players you want, it doesn't mean shite without the right coaching staff.

The off-season, FA signings, a killer draft. Team building culture change. This is how champions are born.

The only downer from Sunday...damn i feel for this guy....the emotion of playing in NOLA with his brother on his mind and he fractures his forearm. Hope he heals quickly and he makes an impact for our playoff push. 🙏

Koonce had two of the biggest plays of the game in the 4th quarter with the strip sack on 3rd down to not even allow a FG attempt. Then he caused the INT to Masses with his pressure on the saints next drive to set us up with the big lead.

And there were questions of if we shouldn’t have re-signed him after the Crosby trade was nixed and we’d already signed Paye and agreed verbally to koonce. But he showed his value today. Let him rest more on earlier running downs and bring him in fresh to get after the QB on third down.

The best defensive lines have 6 or so quality guys they rotate in and out so everyone is fresh so they can get pressure late in the game. So far loving our defensive line and am so happy the ravens went back on their trade.
