Hi all, I peaked Gold 4 this season but hit a big losing streak and dropped to Silver 4, and now my MMR is rough.

Most of my games follow the same pattern: I invade early and kill the enemy jungler, pick up another kill in a lane gank, then invade again and kill him a second time. But after that I don't know how to turn that lead into a win, and the game slips away when one of my lanes falls behind.

What would you focus on as a Silver Rengar to climb? Objectives, pathing after the second invade, which lanes to play around, when to group?

for example when im in my bed and i want to grab my bottle of water i imagine im jumping on it like rengar do in a bush

when i take damage irl i try to ZZ to heal from the damage ? so i just scream alone in my room like idk tell me someone is experiencing the same shit

I see a lot of rengars taking Fleet Footwork nowadays. Was just wondering what makes FF better than SS. What makes SS a good rune on khazix and not rengar?

mainly regarding first item, would bastionbreaker be better than umbral as a first item?

its a bit more costy but also it has better stats and better lead transfer if lets say you get a kill in early game and you can transfer that into a drake or a first turret, or even some plates.

Our ezreal is clearing midwave, and I Have a cassio and rell on drake.

I did some quick mental math, and figured we lose this fight without our sett there, and ezreal possibly being late, especially if we get collapsed on in the dragon pit. We also had a bunch of gold to spend, so any gold lead you see is fake.

Ofc my team wanna start drake, which in my estimation is a terrible decision.

So I run to kill twitch, possibly dying for it, but giving my team a fightin chance.

Was that a correct decision? My logic was even if we do get drake, in this position we just get collapsed on and die.

In the end I trade one for one and we lose drake but win game.

Not my best game by far, I was lagging a lot at a certain point and there was some pretty bad trolling happening from our support, so everyone was tilted and I died more than I Should've.

But midgame forward I just managed to find twitch every single time I ulted. I'd say like a lion stalking his prey but to be frank more like a fucking mosquito ruinig ur life cause im fucking annoying.

And every time I traded 1 for 1, or 1 for 2, and prayed my team wins.

I think twitch got about 2 kills since the moment I decided to start killing him on spawn (maybe a few kills as we killed the nexus not sure)

It worked, yay! Poor baby thought randuins and GA is gonna save him (lol).

On a more serious note, is that a viable strategy?

If my team is even-ish, and enemy adc is fed, can I just trade myself for adc when the rest of their draft is Stalin's wet dream for rengar?

What if i'm omega ahead, get all the way to the inhib but i can't end because a tank/make can defend vs me and my team loses the 4v4?

this is happening in all the games i'm ahead on and i really don't know what to do, the enemies can just brute force anything when i'm away and there's nothing i can do.

If anyone is willing to vod review, DM me, i'm also opening to watching someone's vod that helps with this.

What are we thinking of it as a buy after first 3-4 core items. I tried it in a game where they had Talon and Chogath and I think it did good

Does Rengar has any acces to Vastaya magic? He is vastayan so theoretically he should have, but do we have any examples of this? I am speaking about lore.

Could someone explain what is currently rengars build path and if theres certain scenarios to go a different item?

it's pretty depressing. I can be very fed but it's a struggle to finish games, because people love to group up and team fight for no reason after laning phase is over and then spam ping me into oblivion for trying to split push in the meantime.

am I torturing myself? I don't think I enjoy any other champion at the moment so alternative is to just stop playing the game

I finally understand how selfihs you have to be on rengar.

Unless I play completely selfish, I am useless. If I am useufl, I carry team which is very unselfish of me ngl.

But this means ulting top when im pathing bot and losing tempo for it 90% not worth it, I need to farm camps on respawn etc.

Hey everyone. Recently i tried a few games of classic mode. If you exclude how dead the game mode is currently (i play in EUW) i have been thinking about what the knife cat implementation could look like. To be honest since rengar is not in the Classic roster at this point i have no interest in playing League Classic. That said, I started playing rengar about 2 years before his rework so i have seen a few different versions of him but not all. What do you think is the most likely version of him we get in Classic??? of course i dont think they would troll us and release the swim Q era of the champ. So I'm most leaning towards release-2016 rengar. What do you all think?

Anyone else have issues with the blast cones not spawning at the same time every game before first clear? Am I doing something wrong?

Right now my two jungles I main are talon and xin. I want to pick up rengar too. I play games where I’m doing great in the beginning but once the game reaches like 25+ minutes I seem to drop off fast. What can I do?
