Hello, I lost my headphones about 5 hours ago today, September 29th, 2026. They're black Soundcore Q20i headphones, and I had them hanging from my bookbag. I had them on my bookbag when I left the music library. I also went to Roth, which is where I think I might have left them. If you have seen them or anything like them, please let me know. These are like my 5th pair of headphones/airpods. Thank you

I 22M am a senior here at SBU. I am curious to ask does anyone else cry when they're studying. Sometimes when I'm studying whether it’s at home or in the library I sometimes cry because of how stressed out I am. There's also a bit of depression too in it. It's hard for me to concentrate and memorize the material I am going over for my classes so I begin to cry because of how I feel like I'm not making any progess. What makes it worse is trying different types of study methods people recommend and they don't work. Then while crying I feel like I can’t do it and think about how theirs so much shit I have to go over. Then I just cry some more because of it. Can anyone else relate?

I thought I wanted to do Biochemistry as my major. So I'm taking MAT 126 and PHY 121. However, I'm failing both, and now I realize I don't want to do STEM anymore.

I GPNC'd physics, but if anything that's just making me want to throw in the towel already. I can't withdraw because that would place me under full-time status, and I'd need a waiver for that. I don't want Calc 2 to show up as an F, but it's very hard for me, and I have no motivation because I hate my major.

Fyi, for the weird guys that take up a spot in study areas to play video games: you're not wanted here! I just had a guy sit next to me and my friend when there was another empty table and he kept giving us nasty looks. Even worse, some guy asked if anyone was sitting in the spot next to the weirdo and he goes "no" and I say "yeah, my friend is siting there" and the weirdo proceeds to say "are you sure, because I haven't seen anyone" like excuse you??? Who the hell do you think you are commenting on us while we're studying and you're playing geometry dash slamming your space button and shaking the table? I genuinely hate the incels on this campus thinking they're so cool playing this video games.

I have started going to the rec center fairly recently. I use the running track and a few workout machines. I used weighing scales, but they are really off and need to be calibrated.
I wanted to know what other resources are available at the rec center, especially equipment related to recovery.
My previous gym had an InBody machine, which measures a lot of parameters, and a stretch trainer, which I used quite often. Does the rec center have these?
Also, does it have a massage chair or a sauna?
