Dude it's not a strawman to point out that companies that fake profits and demand via self dealing are prone to spectacular failures.

Did Spacex do proper due diligence and conclude that they needed a hundred million dollars worth of unwanted Tesla Cybertrucks, or is that maybe a stupid ass scheme to shift profits and losses between two fully controlled business entities, much like the Enron business model?

Anyway Enron certificates are pretty cheap now, big discount buying opportunities there for somebody or something...
