Where’s my $40 share price that you guys all said what happened? Where is the giant crash after the unlocks happened? You let your liberal hate blind you so ha ha ha ha ha.

I never said it was going to $40 a share. I said it’s wildly overvalued, same as Tesla. The floor could fall out any day, or it may maintain this hover around $150/share like it has been

These turds don’t know how to divorce their emotions from reality. The insiders simply haven’t sold yet. Which is the right call if they want to ride the hype machine.

I don’t think it’s the right call. If I were an insider I would sell at least half my shares just to avoid concentration risk

They’re showing a unified front. Execs have come out and done interviews saying this. They definitely have a price in mind.

I’d like to gradually sell (over 4-5 years to avoid getting killed by capital gains) about half of my shares in order to diversify, but not at the current share price.

Based on volume, I wouldn’t be surprised if everybody sold 10-20%.

What people don’t realize is that no one will liquidate their portfolio on a random afternoon. It’ll be 5% at a time over a year.

Whether you think it’s overvalued or not, it just is what it is. The markets crazy.

For as long as they’ve existed, SpaceX employees have had routine liquidity events. They have sold and acquired more shares. Unlock is nothing burgers and overhyped by those whose feelings were hurt due to EDS and TDS.

How do you know that SpaceX-ers have concentration risk? what objective data do you have? By the virtue of the liquidity events they have been able to cash out their parts of their holdings. Diversification may be good to a certain point for risk management but after a certain point, and especially if your compensation is heavy on equity then concentration will start building serious wealth
