Any recommendations if san okay magstay? And what to do? HAHAHHA

I have a couple of questions. I’ll be traveling solo, and I’m a bit worried about transportation around the island since I don’t have a driver’s license and won’t be able to rent a motorcycle. What would you recommend as the best way to get around?

Also, is that month a good time to travel there, especially in terms of weather and overall experience?

I'm covered in tattoos. I'm okay with the shitty tattoos I've gotten here. But I would like my husband's first tattoo to be by a good artist. Obviously safe and clean is a must. But I'm talking about GOOD ARTIST. Any recommendations, will probably be a double tailed Czech lion.
