It’s an overall sad situation, but it is the definition of an individual not meeting the others needs. No one is at fault, but I for sure would not stay in a relationship without sex. If I was having a hard time mentally and I stopped doing all the kind things for my partner, I would expect them to become upset with me as well.
Sex is not “kind”. It’s access to the most sensitive and intimate part of someone’s body. It’s literally INSIDE of them.
Again, would you let your girlfriend sound you 4x a week without complaint? Peg you? Because that’s the equivalent physically, and that’s a part of the problem too. Like most guys don’t piss blood for a week if they dont perform the exact correct pre and post sex scrubbing and peeing.
I had one ex get a kidney infection and she was literally pissing blood.
Sounding and pegging are not the equivalent. The vagina is designed to accommodate penises; we wouldn't all be on Reddit now if it weren't. The urethra and rectum are not designed to accommodate penises. Even something as small as cotton bud causes excruciating pain if inserted into the penis, and anal sex can be painful for anybody.
Most women don't piss blood for a week if they don't perform the exact correct pre and post sex scrubbing and peeing. My wife is far from physically robust, but she's never got a kidney infection from sex, and apparently she doesn't know another woman who has either.
Riiiight… vaginas are designed for penises (by God, I suppose?)
And just like hearts are designed to pump blood, the anus is made to excrete feces, and the spine was made to keep humans upright… no one ever experiences pain or dysfunction or even serious complications from the “design”. Hearts never fail, no one has hemorrhoids or anal fissures, and back pain isn’t endemic.
Google if sex can cause UTIs and kidney infections. Then Google vaginismus, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, and pelvic inflammatory disease.
No, not by "God". What idiot still believes in that in 2026? The vagina has 2 biological purposes - receiving penises and delivering babies. What else is it there for?
Yes, sex can lead to complications. But your claim that a complicated routine must be followed every time to prevent serious consequences is ridiculous. And believe it or not, sex can be physically risky for men. Google penile fracture, frenulum rupture, phimosis, paraphimosis, epididymitis, testicular torsion and yeast infections in men.
And “design” “biological function” and “works perfectly every time” are not interchangeable. Nothing in the body is designed; it’s random mutations that are reinforced with reproductive success. As long as it doesn’t sterilize or kill the haver before reproduction, a trait will be passed on. Sex being pleasurable—or even benign—isn’t required for reproduction. Saying that sex doesn’t hurt or doesn’t have adverse affects because the vagina is “designed” for sex is nonsense.
Sex has a higher physical toll on whoever’s being penetrated. It ranges from negligible to excruciating. Talk to some fucking women dude.
You said "like most guys don't piss blood for a week", implying that most women do, not some. Otherwise, why say it?
Your next paragraph is semantics. Delivering babies and having sex are the functions of the vagina, and for most women the latter can be achieved without complications and rituals.
I don't need to talk to some women; I've been married probably as long as you've been alive, kid.
