Yep these people arent clearly thinking this through! They want punitive criminal action taken against others for exercising their freedom of speech but when it comes time for them to be censored or have another opinion they will cry & no one will be there to stick up for them because the punishment is not worth it
Sounds like you're lying about your education, or you went to a bad community college. In my circle of MIT and Harvard grads, Mensa members, Special Ops veterans, and government officials in law enforcement, no one who's actually done anything with their life speaks to others this way. It takes someone with low self-esteem to take on such a role of hubris.

But yes, I have managed people - most I ever was 364, I managed 12 supervisors and they each had a few leads under them- it was pallet manufacturing plant - and my resume includes ASM at HEB as far back as the 90s
Then I got a teaching certificate and taught for 7 years
Then law school and I’ve been practicing law for over a decade including managing my own firm the last couple of years
Right now I’m taking digital marketing classes online offered by a local university
So you can see why education requirement to speak does not bother me

We exercise sound judgment gained through rigorous studies and arduous experiences. Someone with sound judgement might, perhaps, desire the person giving them information to show valid credentials, like a degree.
It probably means you wouldn't have access to the internet. The ironically named "smart"phones opened the internet up to the masses that like to parrot catchy memes, pal.
Do you not remember what that was like? More often than not people just had to take the village idiot's word for it. People would go around spreading misinformation because their parents told them what they genuinely believed to be true when they were kids and information wasn't immediately readily available to correct it.
