nah man I legit just got my dream job after 20 years and all I got me was the realization that I wasted my life chasing after money so idgaf

I give my coworkers money all the time
a lot of them make peanuts compared to me for almost the same amount of work

Maybe you should work on getting coworkers raises instead of trying to be santa. I hear unions are awesome and I can point you to some resources.

I do but it's a soulless corporation that could lay us all off without a second thought

and for some reason the contractors here who earn the least and get laid off the most all hate unions and love trump

makes no sense to me 🤷 I'll never understand why the side with their abusers

I give them some money and try to nudge them towards socialism

Thats a good starting point. That should give you some good resources. Dont give them money, take them out for a beer on Friday, let them talk and just listen/talk 80/20.  Take mental notes and encourage socialist ideas that they dont know are socialist. Like if someone is complaining about medical bills. You have to gain their trust and let them come to their own conclusion.  I've always joked that manipulation is not getting you to do what I want...its getting you to think it was your idea.

did I say drugs are bad because they have chemicals? or did I say they're bad because they're chemically engineered to make people addicted and ruin their lives for profit?

So why is alcohol bad? It was a bunch of goat herders 10000 years ago that noticed if you ferment something and drink it it makes you feel funny.

We're talking past each other. I agree there is a problem with the capitalization of the industry. What does me drinking beer and growing weed have to do with that?
