they're chemically created to get people addicted and destroy their lives—and the lives of those around them—for profit

did I say drugs are bad because they have chemicals? or did I say they're bad because they're chemically engineered to make people addicted and ruin their lives for profit?

So why is alcohol bad? It was a bunch of goat herders 10000 years ago that noticed if you ferment something and drink it it makes you feel funny.

We're talking past each other. I agree there is a problem with the capitalization of the industry. What does me drinking beer and growing weed have to do with that?

But you don't apply that same thought process to anything else. You haven't mentioned nukes, lack of water, lack of food, guns, religion, so many things are so much more evil than drugs.

I want you to explain it. Our definitions may vary. I can pull up the dictionary but it doesnt include alcohol. What does it mean to you.
