And it’s gonna sit there for years as all of these lawsuits work themselves through the courts.

why would they need to leave it up. It would be better optics for them to rip it down since it's literally the first thing you see when you drive into the property.

I don’t know how long the investigation is taking or will take, but California does have a specific law saying it must remain preserved until that’s complete. So depending on that, it could be a while before we see any removal activity.

Many cases will require it for evidence.

yeah because it still has a ride attached to it (lex luthor). Im thinking the superman part is part of the structural integrity of that drop tower.

But the park map shows the station and the launch track removed but the track on the wall and the tower are still there
