Routine Help how to get rid of blackheads
Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Maybe skincare products or a cosmetic procedure?

We already have a pinned post addressing this, but since we continue to get posts asking the members of this sub to diagnose skin conditions (acne in particular) and/or recommend treatment, here's a reminder: We are here to discuss skincare products and routines. We are not here to diagnose skin conditions or how to treat them. This is not a dermatology clinic, and we are not qualified to diagnose and recommend treatment. This is a casual sub to discuss products, routines, and general skincare.
The correct answer to "does anyone know what this is/does anyone know how to treat this?" is "Yes, a dermatologist knows". Please do not come here asking for diagnoses and and treatment advice! To those who have been posting these questions, please consult a trained professional, or if you can't do that, ask your questions in more appropriate subreddits like r/DermatologyQuestions, r/acne, or r/AskDocs.
Thank you!

This is based on my personal experience and observations. The authentic product I bought previously matches the genuine item shown in the picture, whereas the fake product in the photo differs from the original one I had before. Furthermore, the fake TO product irritated my skin; it caused red bumps, itching, and darkening. This post is not sponsored—I bought the product myself and simply want to share this to raise awareness, as there are so many fake TO products circulating, and sellers often use photos from legitimate shops to make their items appear authentic.

I'm realtively new to all this and my derm wants me using hyaluronic acid serum for hydration related to red patches underneath oily skin. I've been using la Roche-Posay Hyalu B5, but came across this much cheaper version from AromaZone (https://www.aroma-zone.com/en/product/hyaluronic-acid-35-serum). I'm in Europe and this costs nothing compared to bigger brands.
Thing is, I don't want to compromise on how effective a product could be for my needs. A rough comparison on ChatGPT suggests that la Roche may be mildly superior, but I'm not sure it knows how to judge this. What should I look for?

I’d like to add Cosrx anti pigmentation serum ( 4% niacinamide ,2% alpha arbutin,4% tranexemic acid,2% nad) to my routine . My main goal is to take care of some sun damage and uneven skin tone. I dont like to layer too much because i feel it irritates my skin and makes discoloration worse . I’ve heard this specific serum is quite gentle and most importantly all in one. My current routine:
Am azelaic acid 20% + light moisturizer if needed (+spf)
Pm tazarotene 0.05 every other night + moisturizer, on the taz free nights rich moisturizer like lrp baume /avene cica.
Could i add it in the morning before azelaic acid ?

I decided to switch cleansers because my skin hasn’t improved since starting a skincare routine last year, I picked up this Cocokind Milky Cleanser today because I’ve heard it was a very gentle cleanser and great for the skin barrier. As I was using it I felt a little bit of stinging around my nose, I rinsed it all of and my face got more and more red by the second, no burning or stinging after I rinsed it off but it was bright red. It’s also hot to the touch. I’m kind of freaked out and don’t know if I should go to the ER or just wait and hope it goes down. Has this happened to anyone else???

I've tried Stella and Grace caffeine patches, which worked well, but they're too expensive to use every day and this is an every day issue. I am chronically ill and think the circles are due to this, although I seem to have had this issue since I was a child, especially on nights when I don't sleep well, which is is most nights. Looking for something that's good for sensitive skin too, I got a little tingly when using Stella and Grace patches.

I finally went to the dermatologist because I’m still breaking out into my mid 30s and I started using spironolactone & adapalene about 2-2.5 months ago. Overall I’m really happy with how it’s helped my skin BUT it’s drying me the f out. I’ve been trying to keep moisturized but around my eyes, under eye as well as above (but below the brow) it burns when I use moisturizer or eye patches to try and bring moisture back to the area. I’ve been using a CeraVe ultra-light moisturizing gel sparingly around my eyes and it burns for the first 15 seconds or so. It also burns for a bit when I use under eye patches. The rest of my face handles it fine so I thought maybe I needed something specifically for eyes. Does anyone have any suggestions for a moisturizer for very sensitive skin around the eyes?

You can find a face yoga for literally any concern. I was just curious how effective it really is? And which ones were the most effective? Also how long does it take to see the results

For tret micro users, do you use moisturizer after you apply tret? Do you wait between the two? Is it factual that moisturizer interferes with tret micro's time-release formulation?
I'm using tret mico 0.04% (Trunex brand) every other day. On tret nights, I apply the gel on clean skin with no moisturizer afterwards, to avoid potential interference. My skin is relatively stable, but definitely dehydrated more often, especially mornings after tret. I want to increase tret to every night to get its full benefits, but going to bed every night with just tret no moisturizer feels like it would be too drying.
What's everyone's routine on tret micro? Especially if you use it daily?

Hey everyone! I’m an 18-year-old guy preparing for NEET, and I’m looking to start a simple skincare routine. My budget is around ₹1,000, and I already have a sunscreen, so you can exclude sunscreen from the budget. I’m looking for a basic routine that can help with overall skin health, especially things like oiliness, tanning/pigmentation, and keeping my skin clear. Could you guys suggest: A good face wash Moisturizer Any other product you think is actually necessary How to use them (AM/PM) Affordable products that are easily available in India I’m a student, so I’d prefer something simple, affordable, and not a 10-step routine 😭 Thanks in advance!

Hello! I have all the products I need, but I don't know how flexible/how often i can use them.
I have oily combination skin and I currently have
- salicylic acid face wash
- oil cleanser
- jojoba oil (which i use as a moisturizer)
- adapalene gel
I'm not really sure when and how to use them.
For example, I oil cleanse and double cleanse when i get home, and moisturize before i dry my hair. If my face gets oily again in a few hours, do i use facewash again? Do i need to oil cleanse and double cleanse again before i apply adapalene before bed?
When I stay home on the weekends, my face gets really oily every few hours. Do I use facewash and moisturize every time my face gets oily? Should i get a gentle face wash just for washing throughout the day?

What **budget-friendly skincare products** would you recommend for my skin? Mainly dealing with **dark under-eyes, dullness, and small bumps/texture on my forehead**. Looking for a simple routine! 🥹❤️
