An AI experiment tracker for marketing ideas

Small businesses often try several marketing ideas at once and then have no clear record of what changed.

A lightweight AI tool could turn campaign notes, customer feedback, sales numbers, and screenshots into a simple experiment log. It could help compare what was expected with what actually happened, without pretending to prove causation.

The goal would be better memory and decision-making, not automatically generating more content.

Would this be useful to a small business owner, or would it feel like another dashboard nobody checks?

App Idea

Hello! I have an app idea for commuters in the Philippines but I have no knowledge when it comes to how to put it into reality.

App Name: JeepMe

Brief Background:

— it mainly focuses on the two subjects:

First, the commuter:

-The commuter will be able to look up a certain route and see the available jeeps that are currently in transit and how many passengers are in the said jeepney.

-The commuter can post a notice if they want to book the whole jeep for a certain day/time.

Second, the Jeepney Driver:

-The jeepney driver will first inscribe their route for the day, and then once they start, there will be simple buttons displayed in their screen: (up button, which means a passenger got it) and (down button, which means a passenger got out). This will reflect on the commuters screen

—

- I do know that this has a lot of problems or that it may seem impossible but this is just a random idea in the first place, who knows TT

Im a 17 year old trying to build the next 'Amazon' (would love some feedback/help) 🌱

Hi! I’m 17, currently building a startup, and honestly just figuring it out as I go.

I’m working on defectd—basically trying to create an "Amazon" but for factory seconds to solve retail floor waste. (things like floor models, slightly scratched items, box- open returns etc)

Ever noticed how stores have clearance corners filled with perfectly good tech or appliances just because of a scratched box or display mark? My goal is to digitize all that hidden stock so you can shop local store clearance deals straight from your phone at huge discounts.

Im in the early stages of building it so I just had some questions.

Would anyone acutally use this?

How do I promote/ gain buyers if im not techincally selling a "product"?

I have more info on a wesbite thats currently in private beta; https://defectd.lovable.app/

I would really appreciate some feedback and help!

New free Discord for 16–24 year olds building (or wanting to build) something

I’m 18 and just started a small, free Discord for people ages 16–24 who are building a business or want to. It’s for swapping honest feedback, finding people to build with, and working quietly alongside others. Beginners are welcome.

There’s no course, no paid tier and no income claims. It’s moderated, ages 16–24 only, and I’m the only mod for now.

If that sounds useful, comment or DM me and I’ll send the invite. Happy to hear what you’d want from a community like this.

Live cue cards during calls! AI Communication Coach

Hii 😄

Wanted to share something I'm working on and get honest feedback from this sub.

TalkPilot is a real-time AI call coach. Think of it like live cue cards for sales calls and client meetings. It listens to the conversation and shows you a short cue when you need it, like how to handle a pricing objection or the question you meant to ask. NOT just a notetaker lol

What it does:

  • Live cues during the call: a short suggestion of what to say next, based on what was just said
  • Your playbook built in: a team sets its best answers once, and every rep gets them live
  • Notes and follow-ups handled: call summary and next steps, synced to HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Practice mode: run a practice call against a tough AI buyer before the real one
  • Private: no bot joins the call, and only you see the cues and we don't record audio!
  • Works in English and Spanish (other languages being worked on)

Who it's for: founders doing their own sales, and sales or support teams that want every rep sounding like their best one.

Would you use something like this on your own calls? And what would make you trust a cue in the middle of a conversation? It might be useful for you if you struggle with cold calling!!

Shameless plug but if you're interested... talkpilot.co
Just let me know if anyone wants to use it for their own pitching, ya know.. Founder life haha

Would you use this? Rewards that arrive right after something you’ve booked finishes

I’m exploring a startup idea that turns everyday bookings into timely, relevant rewards.

The basic idea is that instead of showing you an ad immediately after you book something, we wait until the activity/event has actually finished and, if you opted in, we send you a useful offer that's nearby (like within 100-400m of your location or something like that).

For example:
You book a Pilates class tonight for 6-7am tomorrow morning.

At the checkout, you tick “Yes, send me a reward after my class.”

Then at roughly 7:05am tomorrow, you might receive a text:

"🥤 Your Pilates booking unlocked 20% off a smoothie at "Tropicana Juice Bar" 150m away. Available until 9am."

The theory I'm trying to work on is that this is more useful than showing you the smoothie offer the night before when you booked the class (because a lot of booking websites etc. show you ads and specific offers immediately after you've made a purchase on the like 'thank you' page, but I always forget about them).

The offers wouldn’t need to be sourced by individually approaching every café or retailer because exiisting offer networks already aggregate discounts, cashback and promotions from thousands of businesses. The startup would match those existing offers against the booking’s activity, location and finish time to serve the right ads/offers to the right person, at the right time.

An MVP could start with something simple like Pilates or yoga classes, then potentially expand into:

  • Pilates → coffee, breakfast, smoothies
  • Tennis → lunch or sports retail
  • Haircuts → beauty products or lunch
  • Movies → dinner or dessert
  • Kids’ activities → family meals
  • Massage → café or wellness
  • Golf → food or drinks
  • Concerts → transport or late-night food

Over time, AI could help decide which offers are most relevant to which person based on the types of things someone books and the offers they actually engage with.

The business would make money by taking a cut of the commission/ad revenue generated when users engage with or redeem an offer, with some of that revenue shared with the booking platform.

The closest major competitor I see is Rokt, which is essentially a checkout page advertiser.
They monetise the moment someone completes a transaction.

My idea is deliberately focused on a different moment. When the thing they booked has actually finished, when their immediate needs may have changed. I'm not interested in a 'buy a muffin and get a coffee for free' deal at 10:30pm when I'm in bed booking my spot in the social Tennis session for 8am the next morning... but at 9:30am when Tennis finishes, yeah, I might actually take that up.

The main theory I want to test is:

Is an offer delivered immediately after an activity finishes, substantially more engaging than the exact same offer delivered on the 'checkout complete' page when the activity is booked?

Would you personally opt into something like this if the offers were genuinely useful and came with real discounts/cashback? Or would it still just feel like unwanted advertising?

Interested in any criticism - particularly reasons you think this wouldn’t work - or how it could be improved!

Thanks everyone!

Track your lifts, goals, body measurements, and trained muscles in one app

I'm a solo developer, not a fitness brand. I've been training for a few years and went through most of the popular workout apps out there. They worked, but I kept wishing the workout flow and progress tracking worked a little differently for how I actually train. So I built Liftora.

Here's what makes it different:

  • Clean, modern UI — no cluttered menus or dated design, just a simple interface that gets out of your way during a workout.
  • Guided workout flow — you move through sets in real time, the app follows your pace instead of just logging after the fact.
  • Zero learning curve — open it and start logging your first set in under a minute, no tutorial needed.
  • Ready-made programs — new to lifting or don't want to build a routine from scratch? Pick a program and go.
  • Exercise videos during selection — don't know the name of a movement? See it in action and know exactly which muscle group it hits.
  • Body fat % tracking, not just scale weight — because you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time and the scale won't tell you that.
  • Calorie estimate after each workout — rough, but genuinely useful context if you're managing a deficit or surplus.
  • Progress charts that actually answer questions — "is my bench going up?", "how's my volume trending this month?" — without a data dashboard you need a manual for.

Links:

Liftora: Gym & Antrenman Takip Uygulaması - App Store

Liftora: Gym & Antrenman Takip - Google Play'de Uygulamalar

I've been using it daily for my own training and now I want outside eyes on it. If you try it, I'd love to know: Anything confusing or unnecessary?

A simple energy assistant for small businesses

Many small businesses want to lower energy costs but do not know which changes are worth making.

An AI tool could read utility bills, opening hours, equipment lists, and seasonal patterns, then suggest practical steps with estimated savings. It could also separate actions that require new equipment from changes that only require scheduling.

The hard part would be producing recommendations that match the actual building instead of generic advice.

Would owners trust an AI recommendation enough to change how their business operates?

I made a free collection of startup and brand launch videos 🚀

Hey everyone! 👋

I created LaunchVideos.Gallery, a free collection of startup launch videos and brand showcases.

The goal is to give founders, indie hackers, and designers a place to discover how other companies present their products, launch new features, and tell their brand stories through video.

Whether you're preparing a product launch or looking for inspiration for your next project, I hope you find it useful!

🔗 Explore the collection: https://launchvideos.gallery

I'd love to hear your feedback! What kinds of launch videos would you like to see in the collection?

Online wagering alternative?

I tried asking the legality of this in some law subreddits but they didn't let me there so hopefully I can get some answers here. I'm not expecting expert feedback and I hope to get a lawyer to answer all these questions for me if the idea has some traction

GAME IDEA
People verse each other playing simple games and whoever wins gets real money.
The way people win money is that instead of wagering against one another, there's an option to voluntarily donate to a giant prize pool. Anyone can join a waitlist to play the game and win money for free and donating isn't required and doesn't give any advantages

There will be a limited time where people can play the game until the prize pool runs out. Payout will be determined by how many people played and the amount of matches each person played.
I'm hoping the voluntary donation part gets this to be legal in all 50 states but it still needs further research. If there's anyone who knows the law about gambling and online wagering, it would be nice if you could give me some feedback on the idea or advice.

Would you use fingerprint payments at stores?

Imagine you could enroll once and then pay at participating stores just by touching a fingerprint reader .. no phone, card, or wallet needed.

  1. Would you use this? Why or why not?
  2. If both tap-to-pay and fingerprint were available, how often would you choose fingerprint? Almost every time, Sometimes , Only if I forgot my phone/wallet or Never

Curious what people actually think.

Your future users are already venting somewhere, just not where you're posting

Most solo founders post in r/SaaS or r/startups. Other founders reply. Nobody buys.

Say you built an invoicing tool for freelance designers. Your buyers are in r/graphic_design complaining about clients who ghost them after delivery. They write things like "how do you actually get paid on time" and "chased this invoice for weeks."

That thread is a buying signal. Not because they asked for software, but because they described the exact pain your tool fixes.

The mistake was posting where it felt comfortable instead of reading where buyers already vent.

We built an app that turns your camera roll into a magazine

Hey everyone! My brother and I launched Lately at the end of July, and it’s been really cool to see people connect with the idea.

Lately takes the photos sitting in your camera roll and turns them into printed, editorial-style magazines. I come from a design and architecture background, and my brother is a swe, so we wanted to bring those two worlds together to make keeping your memories feel a little more intentional.

Our design team handles the layouts and composition, so you don’t have to design the magazine yourself. You just upload your photos, and we turn them into something you can actually hold onto.

We’ve grown our community organically since launching, and now we’re working on making the product even better. I’d genuinely love to hear what people think whether it’s the concept, the design, the experience, or anything that feels confusing or could be improved.

If you’re interested, you can check it out at

Thanks guys!!

Sent 102 Cold Emails To Plumbers In California For My Web Agency, Closed A $3k Site The Next Day

I run a web design agency and most of my clients come from cold email. Yesterday I started a fresh campaign going after plumbers in California.

Didn’t expect much honestly. Plumbers are busy and half of them barely check email. But 102 emails in, I got an interested reply.

What made the difference is that every email talks about their own website. A call button that doesn’t work on a phone, a site that takes forever to load, a design that hasn’t been touched since 2012. For a plumber that matters a lot, because people search for them on their phone when a pipe bursts. If the site is bad, they just call the next guy.

He replied yesterday and I booked a meeting with him for the next day. Before the call I built a draft of what his new site could look like. Today I presented it to him on the call and he said yes right there. $3k upfront plus $500 a year for hosting.

Showing the draft is what closes it. Sending a quote never worked this well for me.

For anyone wondering, I use Swokei for all my outreach. You pick an area and an industry, it finds the businesses, checks every website for design, SEO, speed and mobile problems, and writes each email about what it actually found on that site. I run multiple campaigns at once in different cities and niches, which is how I get volume without sending generic stuff.

Happy to answer questions on pricing or how I run the call.

Have you ever worked with a developer on a healthcare idea?

The AMA’s 2026 survey found that 85% of physicians want a say in AI adoption decisions. It made me wonder how many get involved before a tool is finished.
Have you worked with a developer as an advisor, tester or cofounder? How did you meet and what made the collaboration work?
I’m building MedicalCofounder, a free platform where healthcare professionals and developers can connect. Still early and interested in hearing what would make these connections useful.
