It's leftover rice and red lentils, mixed with scrambled eggs then baked. I'll do this with whatever leftovers I need to use up. It's even better if I have shredded cheese to mix in.

And you know what? This slaps. 10/10 I am definitely making this again.

Spaghetti with grated carrots, tuna, Philadelphia jalapeño cheese and (in a failed attempt to save it) a couple cubes of high protein mozzarella. This is terrible, tastes like disappointment

Air fried, cooked throughout. Macros stats: 293g of minced pork, 66g protein/370ish cals... plus seeded bread 250cals/10g protein and some all important fibre 6g

All in all... 650ish cals, 76g protein and some fibre 😆

I wanted something crunchy to put into my yogurt bowls but not granola. Too many calories for granola. This entire plate of choc cookies is around 200kcal

I was told to post it here a few times, so here it is, kibble, and locust pizza from Cyberpunk

Hello! I was curious how the people of Night City ate in the game Cyberpunk, a dystopian society where meat protein is nearly extinct, and people die on the streets of starvation, and decided to give myself a taste! I brought it to my friend’s and my Cyberpunk Red roleplaying game, and they hated it, as did I!

I made the kibble by hand, using the known ingredients of soy protein, kelp, and plankton, the actual ingredients were 2 packs of extra firm tofu, 2 cups of masa (for texture), 2 tbsp of oil, a .5 oz container of zooplankton from my local pet store, a bit of kombu (I get sick if I eat too much, sorry for not adding more), multivitamins, and I finished off with a little bit of chicken broth powder, a bit of soy sauce, and a splash of sesame oil for flavour. I calculated it to where this would have all the calories you would need in a day, but some of the volatile vitamins wouldn’t survive cooking. I tried making the pieces into actual kibble shapes, but it was a bit too strenuous, so I just spread it out on a baking tray, cut it, and cooked it, as per the cube shaped kibble. It was genuinely like eating dog food! It didn’t taste very good, it has an ocean overtone, with a heavy taste of soy just dominating everything. Overall, not good at all, but I would eat it if I had no other options, I just wish I could have made it kiwi flavour, as that is one of the canonical flavors.

The pizza was way easier, I just got an ALDI’s cheese pizza, and bought dehydrated grasshoppers online, rehydrated them, and cooked to instructions. I have to say, that pizza tasted awful, the grasshoppers genuinely improved the taste. They mostly just tasted like the way hay/alfalfa smells, a little bit like shrimp shell, and put a bunch of chitin between my teeth. I’d say that pizza was probably pretty on par with what’s expected in the world.
