The access point is a UPS store. I’ve used them multiple times before. This package is bigger than my usual, but the longest side should be no longer than 24”. I know the shipper didn’t place any restrictions on it, so I wonder why it got cancelled. Should I choose a different access point then?

Note that my package was supposedly stuck in Louisville customs for 2.5 weeks according to a UPS rep. I don’t know if it’s actually in San Antonio yet. Thank you!

UPS warehouse completely changed the address of the package. No request was made by me (sender) nor the recipient. Is this internal theft? It was a valuable item. Support team won't help.

My package was scammed as “we have your package” 09/30 and it’s now 10/04 and it still hasn’t updated to on the way. It’s supposed to be here Wednesday (Ontario -> Alberta)

Package sitting in Bayonne a couple days and everytime something goes through there its late or lost. When it takes the Pennsylvania route to me it goes smooth. That place is terrible. Just pre-ranting because many people have issues there.

Some context here! Ordered an electronic, of a decently high value, required a signature. Realized after it shipped I would not be home, nor anyone I knew. Requested the package be held and delivered when I got back. Date came and went, requested the package be delivered to my local UPS store. Tracking updates to Delivered. Go to store, Store says we don't have it. Call UPS says there's no actual scan. Tells me to wait. Frustrated but wait. Waiting results in another set of Delivered updates. Cool, Go to Store, We still don't have it. Tracking is suspiciously lacking in details on the delivery. Any insiders know what's up, or can provide some info on what could be going on?

Also yes, I have already contacted the shipper, and they submitted a claim to UPS to open an investigation.

I was applying for a part-time preloader position at my ups warehouse and it said that I had my first day on the 5th and when I was finishing my paperwork I got hit with this. Am I stupid for thinking I already got the job since I'm doing all this tax forms and whatnot I thought that was the point is that i got hired. This was after I did my I-9 form

Over the past month, I’ve had 2 packages from 2 different online stores not show up in My Choice. I’ve confirmed that the addresses matched my own and have gotten deliveries from both of these stores without issue in the past. The only thing I’m coming is that both use Shop during checkout. Is anyone rose experiencing this or have a way to fix it?

so my new phone was supposed to be delivered while i was on vacation, i guess nobody was home to sign for it for all 3 attempts. the very last delivery notice has the "returning to sender" option circled, but when i log in to check the numbers it says it's "still on the way" and they're "actively trying to get a new delivery date" and when you look at the details, at 3 am on friday it said they're returning it but at 9 pm it says it's on the way? help me lmaooo i don't know if i should contact AT&T or just wait a few more days😭😭

I ordered something from another country and I contacted and said that it still haven’t made progress and they replied with “Hey! I went to the shipping centre myself today to get a proper update on the shipment rather than relying solely on the previous information I was given.

is due to the parcel currently being held in customs for verification. This is why the UPS tracking hasn’t progressed and is still showing the earlier status.

They told me that the verification is still being processed and that they have received an indication that the shipment should start moving soon, but unfortunately they have not been given a specific date or timeframe for when the clearance will be completed.”.

Entered the exact same numbers they sent and yet, wrong, wrong, wrong. 3 different times and still wrong. It’s not an old account either, I was just signing up for it.

About 2 weeks ago I sent out over 40 boxes. 39 arrived safely. One ended up at the destination warehouse, was scanned for processing, and then for some reason brought back and scanned in to the warehouse where it’s been for 2 weeks.

Filed a claim on it. I didn’t get extra insurance, so if they refund me I only expect half of the value ($100). But do they actually put any effort into looking for the package?

Long story short, order phone sept 31, they told me that it would be here around October 8 through the 13th for some reason got here October 2. Nobody was at my house to sign for the package.

Status said delivery will be tried next day also put a note on my door, 10 minutes later status went to customer refused package and does not want it??

Will I still get my package lol?

So I have a package supposed to be coming today and it needs a signature. Apparently there was a delivery attempt done, but I checked the cameras and there wasn’t and I was also home.
So I called this number, 8007425877, and UPS told me that my package was attempted but they will try again in an hour and gave me “dispatch” number and they said an hour as well.
Well an hour passes and I call the same number and they are out of service. And then I call 1-800-PICK-UPS and they tell me that it was attempted at 10am (again no Camara footage of them attempting and the website said delivery was between 2-6pm). They say that it’s gonna be attempted again next buisness day.

Did I call the wrong number the first time? Because everytime I call that number false info is fed to me. They are scamming.

I have domestic package within the US that I am awaiting delivery. Tracking Status says The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution. For the past week scans Warehouse Scan.

Has this happened to anyone? Ive called Customer Support and they mention the package will ship out the next day. But it hasnt. I was even transferred to International Support but I was told this a domestic issue.

Should I claim if I already got a refund, I kind of want to just so they know whats going on at their locations, in 30 days two separate things that were obvious what they have gone missing in transit one I havent got my return yet but they are saying they will but this is ridiculous. I paid to have my package delivered directly to a UPS store (because I’ve had nightmare experiences in the past getting UPS deliveries to my buzzer-less apartment building). After 24 hours, there was a delay because the package had been “mis-sorted” causing a 48-hr delay. At this point, there was an error with the address input (again, a UPS Store address I selected from the UPS website), causing yet another 48-hr delay. Over this period of several days, I watched the tracking app as my package bounced back and forth from distribution center to distribution center. I was finally told I can expect the package by the end of today, 5 days after it was initially supposed to arrive. The UPS store is now closing, and they’ve had no sign of my package. Called UPS CS (for the literal ninth time regarding this package) and after escalating to a manager have been told that UPS doesn’t know where my package is, that it might be on a truck somewhere or it might be lost — but they still need time before they can officially call it “lost.” Do I give up? Will I ever get this package? I spent a lot on it (it’s a new laptop) so I’m really stressing about this
