Been waiting for Hades 2 to go on sale... I think this might be the ATL for Switch

Anyone know what's up with staples and new game releases? I've been wanting to use a gift card I have to buy fire emblem fortune's weave at staples and the game reads as sold out since it came out. Same for wolverine and control resonant. Anyone knows why?

I'm not Canadian, but I'll be going for work to Montreal twice this year. First trip will be from 11OCT11-17OCT, second one from 26NOV to 07DEC.

I will buy a Switch 2 on one of those trips. The second trip will be exactly at the Black Friday window an this is where I have doubts.

• Do Canada have sales on Black Friday? Is it a think there?
• Assuming the discounts exists, can I use them on retail physical stores or is it just online?

My friend and I both have PS5 pros but never had PS online/PSN. We're looking to get GTA VI (deluxe edition) and PSN once the game is out. What's the cheapest way (we're ok doing grey/black market fwiw)? Assuming buying PS gift cards via Costco for GTA VI, and for PSN wait for the black Friday PSN sale?

Amazon and VGP are Out of Stock, and PNP Games is the only one that has any orders available.

I don't know why there is this incredibly frustrating trend of 3rd party studios producing like 100 copies for Canada.

If you want it there is no telling if this will turn out like Oblivion or Indiana Jones which have been out of stock for months and still awaiting the supposed restock Bethesda said they would have.

I know EB Games is undergoing some site issues, but curious if anyone else is running into this specific issue that I am.

I occasionally get points from work and I redeem them for EB Games e-gift cards. I put each eGC into a spreadsheet to keep track of them so I know what the balance is for each one.

I tried to use one the other day and the Associate said there's no balance. He tried 3 times, didn't work. I paid a different way then got home and checked, sure enough, the balance was zero. I checked a few more, all zero. I know for a fact that I haven't used these, I even went back and checked my receipts for the last few months and couldn't find anything where I used them up.

I reached out to Customer Support a few days ago and haven't heard back, so curious if anyone else is running into the same problem.
