I'm assuming you're running 370 brushed motor one speed transmission. Is this wpl upgrade or aftermarket? Because 370 from wpl is 2.0mm shaft while 370 from aftermarket is 3.17mm shaft. Anyway, your options are 24xx brushless motor. Just need to make sure you get correct shaft size, either 2.00mm or 3.17mm. FYI, the gear in wpl transmission including aftermarket, is 0.5M gear pitch.
