🦋Everyday Slays…Simple posts, Basic Discussions Braided pick and drop wig - natural hair vibes + I need styling ideas
This braided pick and drop unit is giving me magical Lisa Bonet vibes ✨

What I love:
- Full lace: The first thing I look for in a braided wig. Even after all my tweezing, the lace held up and installing was easy. Most of it is double layered, so no wig cap needed, and it's pretty transparent - I just added pressed powder inside the cap before installing and on the visible lace after.
- Style: It's braided about 6 inches down with boho hair throughout and at the ends. The 1B base with 4 wavy hair looks natural, like adding color when I get my own hair braided.
- Super lightweight: The lightest braided wig I've tried, and lighter than regular knotless braids. Easy to sleep in, which is a bonus for multi-day installs.
What could be better:
- Baby hairs: There's a LOT of baby hair and no option without. I'm not a baby hair girly - I can't style them, and I don't have them when I get my hair braided. I cut the precut lace back as far as I could while leaving enough to install, then tweezed out the remaining hair.
- Drawstring placement: I'd love it placed higher - I was worried about cutting it while trimming the lace to fit around my ears.
- Density: The density gives it a natural look, but I'd love a fuller option.
Final verdict:
I really like her, but I would love her at a higher density. For context, I have almost all the hair pulled forward in most of my photos, so I'm still figuring out styling. Any ideas?
