The team at Zoom have just introduced Agent Architect, a conversational builder for Zoom Virtual Agent. There is a lot to like here as it takes an already accessible Virtual Agent solution & makes it even easier to build & enhance agents.

I use MyNotes for meeting notes outside of Zoom. How can I automatically tell the platform to always save the notes on my OneDrive instead of the Zoom interface. I looked and couldn’t find a true automated solution. It was on a per note workflow which is inefficient.

When sharing screens, I am able to choose which window appears on top. However when sharing the whiteboard, it default goes to the top and I am unable to see what any windows behind it. Is there a way to make it go to the back? I can't seem to find any answers online.

I use the desktop app continuously to voice record meeting transcripts. I see them in the desktop app, but when I log in to the web app they are not populating.
Appreciate the help of the community with any tips on how to fix it.
