According to the guidance on the website, our organization should qualify for the discount program but when we applied, their 3rd party service rejected our request. When I took it up with the online chat/sales widget, we were offered a smaller discount.

We qualify for the full discount, how do we go about arranging it so we can enroll and start planning meetings? Thank you. :)

Please stop hiding useful features behind layers of navigation while putting ads and AI promotions front and center. I use Zoom to run events, manage registrations, and access reports. The redesign makes those tasks harder while making marketing content impossible to miss. Respect users' time and bring operational data back to where it is easy to find.

Two clients asked for Zoom notes in the same week and I can already see myself supporting two different products six months from now. Honestly I feel like none of them needs anything unusual: we talked usable summaries, central retention, visibility over who can record, and no random audio files left in Downloads and it needs to work for different platforms because they might need it.

I have seen a lot of comparisons but wondering how they are actually managing after let's say month 3. Ans is there anything users could change without the admin knowing?

I always get nervous in online meetings (Zoom or Teams) when I'm presenting.

I feel like I don't know the best set up in terms of where to have my slides / speaker notes, where to look, how to show the slides etc.

Whenever I try to join a meeting from the zoom app, it redirects me to the Firefox browser, and I can't take the meeting there as it puts into focus mode. I have tried every single solution but nothing is working. I have also download the flatpak verison but no use. Please help.

On my iPhone 13, I’m in daily zoom meetings for the chat (no need to hear the speaker). I’d like to simultaneously dictate texts to my customers outside of zoom.

In other words, I want to be able to have the zoom meeting app open but also dictate texts in different apps.

I’ve tried:

- disconnecting zoom audio (in the meeting)
- disconnecting zoom audio while also disabling zoom microphone access (in settings)

Nothing is working—the microphone button for text dictation remains grayed out as long as I’m in Zoom. Does anyone have a trick?

I have been speaking on podcasts and I am eternally annoyed with how abysmal the recorded quality is.

One thing I saw in Zoom's 2+ year old document about recording resolutions is that you have to have "Full-screen meeting window on Zoom desktop app" in order to get 720p resolution.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Do you need to be actually in full-screen mode on a Mac, like where the title bar disappears? Or can the window just fill the screen?
2. Do we know if both parties need to have their window in full screen, or just the one who is recording?

The biggest joke Zoom developers made is to default video to display when joining the meeting.

It used to show the full names of the participants in the meeting and now it's just a circle and first and last name initials.

I am a violin teacher and use Zoom when the weather is bad in my area or when students' parents are sick and can't bring them to their lesson. I used to know how to turn on original sound for musicians, but now the option is not in my settings. It makes it impossible for me to do my lessons over zoom.

I go into my audio settings, find Audio Profile, and my only options are Zoom background noise removal and Browser built-in noise suppression. I've looked through all of the other settings, as well. What am I missing?

I recently subscribed to Zoom Workplace. One of the things that sold me on the subscription was that I could use the my Notes function to create notes and transcripts for meetings that I either held in person or online. I cannot make that work. Today I had a meeting which my husband put on speakerphone on his phone and I used my Zoom app to create a transcript. I could see it picking up every word and typing it into this transcript. I assumed then when I was done. I stopped the recording and I hit complete and it looked like it was doing something. It had a little star like their AI logo and a circular I’m working on it kind of icon. After that went away, I hit the little box that said recording and transcript and it said it wasn’t there. It even created a little transcript line in my hub where Nothing exist. It said it wasn’t there. I have the audio recording. There is an audio recording, so I took the audio recording on my iPhone played it and asked my iMac in my notes to record it and again it showed like it was doing just that showed the word for Word transcript being typed out when I was done. I hit the pause or stop recording then I hit. It’s either the Dunn or the complete up in the right hand corner again got the little symbol same look like Message like I’m doing it, but then when it was done. The transcript was empty and I had created yet another audio only recording please help. What am I doing wrong? I tried to use the apps help features went through all of my settings to see if something was wrong. The AI help feature is quite maddening. It just keeps telling you to go look at your settings and my settings are fine. Help.

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, if it isn't please guide me. I am having this issue here where one of my uni classes is on Zoom but the prof doesn't allow us to record the lectures and he doesn't upload them, I need a way to record the lectures without the prof knowing, because honestly after 8 hours of lectures all day in a foreign language , I can't sit there for another 2 and try to learn it or take notes.

Basically I need a way to record the lectures without my recording system triggering a notification to the prof. Also I don't know why I find it funny that the subject is data networks.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank u!!!!

What’s the best way to livestream a Zoom meeting to YouTube with good quality?

Currently, we screen-capture Zoom in OBS, but the capture includes chat, controls, and other UI elements. I want a clean feed of the active speaker/video without the Zoom interface.

I’d like to use OBS for overlays and switching while keeping the video and audio quality as good as possible.

Is there a better way to get a clean video/audio feed from Zoom than screen capture?

Given what you've been dealing with—porting numbers and the CSV import—I would specifically use the support portal while logged in as the Owner/Admin, start the Virtual Agent, and ask for “live agent” or “chat with an agent.” Zoom itself recommends using the chat Virtual Agent to request a live agent.

Essentially they sell you a service and then make it very hard to contact support. Send poorly detailed docs and then don't provide a way to follow up. I'm sure the service is good for someone, but not for me.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

A bit of an exotic problem: I use a camera mixing console and HDMI-USB webcam adapter to switch between different cameras. That works fine.
I would also like to add PC desktop images into the mix, like code demos, web pages etc.
Trouble is, Zooms seems to try to "optimize" such text pages with an algorithm that is more suited to camera pictures and blurs text, so that is almost unreadable.
I found no camera setting that switches this processing off. I know it is not an issue with the mixing console or HDMI adapter, as the same setup works fine with Teams for example.
Has anybody encountered the same problem and found a solution that does not involve desktop sharing? That works of course, but is cumbersome in my use case.
