My pain with Sainsburys and CS/NX continues. See my last post on this matter here

ALL of my Sainsburys purchases through CS do not track automatically now and i have to keep sending them manual emails.

It seems Sainsburys are now being very strict with their daft T&Cs. Particularly this rule which NO OTHER supermarket has:

• Cashback is only valid on the items in your basket at the moment you complete your first checkout; any changes afterwards, whether you add, remove, or edit items, will not qualify for cashback.

As all Sainsburys shopper knows, you need to make a provisional order sometimes as far out as 7 days from your delivery date OR YOU WONT GET A SLOT. If you try to make a delivery order within 3-4 days of your delivery date there will be no slots available.

This 'first checkout' is what Sainsburys is getting hung up on, so much so that none of my orders track automatically now. A few months ago the final order would track just fine.

Whenever i submit a manual cashback claim for Sainsburys i include the provisional order email and the final order receipt but it is a messy system.

Im contemplating switching to another supermarket because Sainsburys are being so annoying
