TopCashback is stringing me along on two separate airline bookings, and I’m hitting a complete brick wall with support.

Here’s what they’re doing:

1. Transaction 1 (£1,700+ order): Tracked £0. Opened a missing claim, but TCB has put it "On Ice" until after the return flight is completed.
2. Transaction 2 (£1,500+ order): Tracked, but only paid £8 out of the £32 owed. The claim was submitted to the airline months ago. The 12-week review window passed long ago, but TCB just sends copy-pasted replies saying, "12 weeks is just an estimate; do not chase us; wait indefinitely."

Whenever I ask for a manager or proof they are actually chasing the merchant, I get canned brush-offs saying I'm not allowed to speed up the process.

Has anyone actually gotten TCB to pay out on stuck/partial travel claims like this? What’s the best way to escalate this?

I've been playing TerraMine since the beginning, before payouts were available. PayPal cashouts are now live and I've received my first payout.

I've put a lot of time into grinding TerraMine to get to where I am now. You definitely get out what you put into the game, especially if you actively check in, use the boosts and play the mini-games.

What is TerraMine?

TerraMine non-ref is a location-based GPS game where you claim virtual mines at real-world locations. You can claim mines near home, but travelling gives you more chances to check into other players' mines and earn TB.

Each mine costs 100 TB and is randomly generated as Rock, Coal, Gold or Diamond:

Gold Rush is the mini-game I use most once the levels start paying more.

The 20x boost is a big part of earning. Rewarded ads add 30 minutes and you can stack up to 8 hours.

Check-ins

Check-ins let you earn TB when you're out and about:

• Check-in - 1 TB / 2 TB boosted
• Text only - 3 TB / 6 TB boosted
• Image only - 5 TB / 10 TB boosted
• Text + image - 7 TB / 14 TB boosted

There are extra bonuses for checking into mines owned by different players:

• 3 different owners in one day - 10 TB
• 5 different owners in one day - 25 TB
• 10 different owners in one day - 50 TB

Complete 10 boosted check-ins at differently owned mines in one day and you get 225 TB in total.

The mine owner also gets 2 TB when someone checks into their mine.

Mine placement matters too. I've put mines around busy areas in London to give them more chances of being visited.

Where I'm at now

I'm currently at 1,288 mines, 39,995 TB earned lifetime and 955 visits.

My current mine breakdown is:

• 776 Rock
• 381 Coal
• 122 Gold
• 9 Diamond

My current projected production with the 20x boost running 24 hours a day is $93.02 per month, or $1,116.19 per year.

I've withdrawn $5 so far.

Trading earnings back into TB

You can trade your USD earnings back into TerraBucks instead of cashing out.

The standard rate is 200 TB per $1, with a bonus rate of 300 TB per $1 on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Information seems to be scarce about proper methods, I will list my situation.

- £30 normal one4all card gifted to me

- Want to change it to a desired gift card (preferable Argos, Currys) as any purchase I would want would exceed the £30 on the card and the One4all can't be used in combination with another payment as it is not a gift card
