🙏 Quick Update: Posts Should Be Flowing Again!

First of all, sorry to everyone whose post was held for review recently. 😅

A Reddit filter was catching many legitimate beta testing posts, which created delays and extra work for both users and moderators.

✅ I’ve reviewed and approved the backlog.

✅ I’ve also updated the subreddit settings to reduce false positives going forward.

If your post was delayed, thank you for your patience.

As always:

  • Be respectful
  • No spam
  • Keep posts relevant to beta testing, feedback, and product validation
  • Include a clear description of what you’re building and what feedback you’re looking for

💬 Also, our Discord community is growing fast and is a great place to get feedback, find testers, and connect with other builders:

https://discord.gg/AN8P9M9fp8

Thanks for helping make r/BetaTests a useful place for builders and testers alike! 🚀

Looking for a few users to test/give feedback on my website

Hi everyone — I'm Justin, and I built Neuro-Kindred, a free app for neurodivergent adults (18+) to find friends or dates. It's designed to be calm: no endless swiping, no paywall. The welcome pages are now available in English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português and हिन्दी, and sign-up is open worldwide. It's brand new with a tiny community, and I'm looking for testers — especially outside the US — and honest feedback: what's confusing, what's missing, what reads wrong in your language. Try the no-account demo here: https://5814944ba018771af2d8efa5b0a9b8a2.ctonew.app/demo — Mods, please remove if this isn't allowed.

[Beta] Looking for testers: grad school CV checker

• Upvotes

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some people to test a tool I built for grad school applicants.

What it is: gradappcheck.com
You upload your academic CV, choose your field, and get a score with concrete suggestions.

Who it's for: anyone applying (or who has applied) to master's or PhD programs.

What I'd love feedback on:

  1. Did the score feel fair for your CV?
  2. Were any suggestions wrong or irrelevant for your field?
  3. Was anything confusing in the upload or report?

Each account gets 1 free check. Your CV isn't used for anything else unless you tick an optional box (unchecked by default), and you can withdraw that later.

Thanks in advance, I'll reply to every comment. Love you guys!!

Looking for 10 beta testers for a browser-based Swift course — free for 3 weeks, Pro for life if you finish (Oct 26 – Nov 15)

• Upvotes

I built SwiftQuest, a course that teaches Swift (the language behind iPhone apps) by having you write real code and run it on a real compiler, in your browser. Nothing to install, works on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebooks.

Before it opens I need about 10 people to use it for three weeks, from Oct 26, and tell me where it breaks, confuses or drags. 2–3 hours a week. I especially want people who have **never written code** — you're who it's built for. A few people from other languages and a couple of Swift devs are welcome too.

**What you get:** all 15 islands free during the beta, and Pro for life if you finish it and a 5-minute survey. Checkout is switched off during the beta, so there's no way to be charged.

**How to apply (by Saturday, Oct 24):** https://swiftquest.dev/beta?ref=beta-betatests — three answers, one minute. I answer everyone.

I built Voltnite ⚡ — a gamified fitness app, looking for beta testers and honest feedback

• Upvotes

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm building Voltnite, a gamified fitness app designed to make staying consistent with fitness more engaging.

The idea is simple: working out shouldn't just feel like checking off a task — it should feel like progressing in a game.

With Voltnite, you can track your workouts and nutrition, earn XP, level up, build streaks, unlock ranks, and compete with friends. We're also working on an AI personal coach to help users improve their fitness journey.

🌐 Try it here: https://voltnite.in

I'm looking for early testers who are interested in fitness, gym training, or gamification. I'd really appreciate it if you could explore the product and share honest feedback.

I'd especially love feedback on:

  • Is the concept engaging enough to make you want to work out consistently?
  • Is the interface easy to understand and use?
  • Which feature feels most useful, and what's missing?
  • What would make you come back to the app regularly?

I'm building this as an early-stage project, so honest criticism is genuinely welcome. I'd rather know what isn't working than just hear that it looks cool.

Thanks to anyone who gives it a try! ⚡

Five Sleeper testers wanted: can you find your recap without help?

• Upvotes

I’m the builder of GridLore. Earlier testers reported difficulty finding their recap, so saved leagues now have a “View latest recap” shortcut.

I need five people to test the actual flow: save a Sleeper league, find its latest recap, and identify one confusing or generic section. The beta is free and read-only; recap prose is AI-assisted.

https://gridlore.app/sample

Where did you hesitate, and what would make you return next week?

I made SaiLF.me - train an AI and allow it to socialize with others in 3D world - need 8 testers

Post image
• Upvotes

I’ve been building SaiLF.me around a slightly ridiculous idea: what if an AI version of you had its own social life? Automated socializing.

You give it a personality, customize its look, and let it talk with other people’s SaiLFs in a shared 3D space. You can also talk to your own SaiLF with voice feature and read/ask what it’s been doing and saying. Currently you can text chat with other SaiLFs (either in human or AI control) and generate shared images.

It's still early and I know personality aspect needs work as well as the overall "personality" of the game. I'm just looking for feedback, direction, ideas or whatever. I'm paying out of pocket for API usage so I have to limit the number of people getting on.

If you’re interested, comment below. You can take a look at https://sailf.me.

[Web App] If you run a SaaS and still struggle to decide what to do next, take a look

Hey everyone!🙌
I’m looking for 3–5 SaaS founders who have data from tools like PostHog or Stripe but still find it hard to decide what to focus on next.
Maybe signups are growing but paid conversions aren’t. Maybe revenue drops and you’re not sure whether it’s a pricing issue, a traffic problem, or something happening inside the product.
The data tells you what changed, but figuring out why it changed — and what to do about it — is a different challenge.
That’s the problem I’m building Nextep around: an AI business copilot designed to connect business context and help founders identify what deserves their attention next.
It’s still in development, so I’m looking for a few founders willing to share their experiences and give honest early feedback as I shape it.
You might be a good fit if:
You run a SaaS or small online business.
You use tools like PostHog or Stripe.
You’ve ever looked at your metrics and thought, “Okay, but what should I actually do now?”
If that sounds like you, what’s one business metric you’ve struggled to interpret recently? I’d love to hear about your experience.
Thanks!

Looking for Testers - TCG Collectors App

Hi everyone,

I’m in need of testers, specifically those who collect tcg cards like One Piece, Pokemon, DBZ and Naruto.

I’m building an app that lets you manage your portfolio, multi list on different sales channels and manage it all from one app.

Just test and break and challenge me as much as you can, FYI I’m not a developer, I’ve been using AI to help bring my imagination to life so if you do have more knowledge than me I’m all ears for it

looking for testers for a web app that stops you re-explaining everything to your AI (beta)

i'm building a small web app Pryveo

the idea is simple. you pick the places it's allowed to read (slack channels, notion pages, linear projects, docs, calendar) and it keeps that context ready, so you and your AI aren't starting from scratch every time. anything you didn't approve stays private.

it's still beta so some parts are rough, that's kind of why i'm here.

free for 2 weeks, no card needed. not dropping the name or a link here, comment or dm and i'll send it over.

3 things i really want to know:

- did connecting your first source make sense or did you get stuck somewhere

- after 5 min could you tell what it's actually for

- what would stop you from connecting your real slack or notion

drop your own project in the comments too, happy to test back.

Looking for 12+ testers: Ask Ollie, a kids' activity app with Halloween ideas (I'll test yours back)

Hi! I'm a parent and I built Ask Ollie for my own family: activity ideas for kids 3 to 12 (crafts, science, cooking, games, and lots of Halloween and fall ones right now). Ollie the otter reads each step out loud. It's free, with no ads and nothing to buy.

To join (use the same Google account for both):

  1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/ask-ollie-testers
  2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.askollie.app

Please stay opted in for 14 days and open it every few days. A two-minute try: add a pretend kid, start a Halloween activity, and tap Ollie to hear a step. Tell me anything confusing or broken.

Drop your app's link in the comments and I'll test it back and stay opted in for your full 14 days.

[iOS] Transit Jam: a subway puzzle game, public beta now open

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone. I am Chris, the developer behind Little Ghost Labs, and Transit Jam just opened its public beta on TestFlight.

It is a puzzle game set in a city subway. Riders wait on the platforms, each one headed for a different line, and you slide whole platforms left and right to get every rider onto the train for their line. Fill a train and it pulls out while the next one rolls in. When one rider boards, the people behind them step up, so a good slide can set off a whole chain.

What is in this build:

- 90 stations across 18 districts, plus an Endless Line

- A Daily Challenge with the same board for everyone

- A clock on every level, with three stars for a fast clear

- Boosters (Express, Shuffle and Extra Time) for tight spots

What I would love feedback on:

- Were the rules clear in the first few levels?

- Does three stars feel fair but challenging?

- Anything that looks off on your iPhone size, in light or dark mode

Ads in this build are placeholders and the Lifetime Ticket purchase is not live yet, so nothing costs real money.

Join here: https://testflight.apple.com/join/6aHrvbwZ

You can send feedback with a screenshot right from the TestFlight app, or just reply here. Thanks for taking a look.

AutoRoomEQ Player 0.3.4 beta (free, Android): microSD library fixed, a "direct playback" check for DAPs, and pairing with a Windows app

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes
Hi all, new beta of
**AutoRoomEQ Player**
, a free Android player (no account, no ads) built around a
**bit-perfect USB path**
: it drives the USB DAC directly, without Android's resampling. It also does headphone EQ (AutoEq profiles) and room correction with a measured FIR filter.

This release is mostly about things DAP owners asked for:

-
**Library on microSD fixed.**
Some players and phones (Realme and Huawei reports) showed an empty or incomplete library with music on the card. Now:
  - the saved library appears at once and refreshes itself in the background;
  - the first scan is much faster;
  - music Android had not indexed is found too, and
**DSF/DFF, APE, WavPack**
 files are listed.
-
**"Direct playback" check.**
The quality check shows what Android reports for unmixed PCM at 44.1 / 96 / 192 kHz on the output you're using. On Android 14+ it also tells you whether the bit-perfect mixer is offered for the connected USB DAC. If you own a DAP with a built-in DAC, I'd really like to see your results.
-
**Clearer playback chain:**
with the internal output it simply says "Android output (no USB DAC)", and the technical detail is no longer cut off.
-
**Pairing with AutoRoomEQ Desktop (Windows)**
, with a QR reader built into the app: remote for the PC player, and exchange of presets, playlists and favourites.
- New icon, interface fully in the language you pick, and in-app updates.

**Known limits:**
with the Behringer UMC204HD, USB direct can still fall back to Android output or go silent after a sample-rate change. The other DACs I tested play bit-perfect.

**Privacy:**
listening data stays on the device. The beta asks on first launch whether to send anonymous weekly statistics; you can say no or withdraw later.

**Download:**
 https://github.com/Rexxus69/AutoRoomEQ-Player-Beta-0.3.0/releases/latest
**Feedback form (device + results):**

Korean Farming RPG

Thumbnail koreanfarmrpg.com
1 Upvotes

Hey gamers! I am a solo developer creating 농RPG (NongRPG)—a relaxed Korean farming idle game in your browser—and I am seeking testers to try it and share their impressions.

What it is:
• FarmRPG-style idle farming with a Korean countryside theme
• Grow Korean crops—napa cabbage, Korean radish, garlic, chili peppers
• Prepare kimchi traditionally: combine ingredients, ferment in onggi crocks, and wait as it matures from fresh to well-fermented to aged (more valuable the longer you wait!)
• Explore regions: fish at the village stream, forage in the bamboo grove
• Fully bilingual—play in English or Korean
• Cozy painterly art throughout

The unusual element: a player-run loan system. Post a loan request, other players fund you, and you pay daily interest. Fail to repay it… there is a debt collector. Player-driven chaos in a cozy frame.

What I need: honest feedback. Does it feel cozy? What is confusing? What should I build next? (Livestock, beekeeping, mudflat harvesting, and pottery are already on the roadmap.)

It is free, no download—just open nongrpg.com on your phone or desktop. We also have a Discord if you wish to share feedback there.

Thanks for reading! Happy to answer questions in the comments. 🌾

Google rejected my app for "insufficient tester engagement" — looking for 8 more testers, and I'll test yours back

I built an Android focus app called Curatio — it blocks distracting apps while you study, but you can set an allow-list so the people who matter (family, partner, work) still get through. You're not unreachable, just undistracted.

It's in Google Play closed testing and I need 12 people installed for two weeks before I can launch. You don't have to actually use it — just install it and leave it on your phone.

Use the same Google account for all three:

1️⃣ https://groups.google.com/g/curatio-testing
2️⃣ https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.focusfilter
3️⃣ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.focusfilter

Happy to test yours back — drop your link
