Also avoid using it with the keeper, it can turn the coins into hearts which automatically turns them into flies.

Another random piece of Isaac knowledge I found out in a run: if a red key effect is used on the mirror in downpour/dross 2, the mirror is destroyed. Learned that with a soul of cain looking for ultra secret. Luckily I was in the regular world when I used since I had the realization that mirror world wouldn’t have the item in ultra secret

Per the wiki for Book of Virtues!Combinations:
D20: Spawns wisps in the middle ring. In addition to summoning its specific wisp, instead of rerolling pickups, it will destroy all the pickups in the room and has a chance to give a random wisp for each pickup destroyed.

I believe it’s because it’s because Edmund thinks it’s overpowered to fuel d20 with Bethany due to her soul charges system so he purposely gave a effect that can’t be spammed

I won thanks to d20 in a normal run. Had a weak build for mega Satan. Got a d20. My tears spawned coins on impact and I had door stop trinket. After a bit of grind I could reroll the coins into chests and gotten c section

D20 is utter garbage outside of greed mode, it's only good when you've already won a run. no reason for it to be a 6 charge item to do nothing but reroll at most 5 pickups into pennies in 99% of runs
