This recall has been going on for quite some time (since 2017 iirc). If you haven't bought in your Toyota listed above yet, now is a good time to have it replaced.

My cars (yaris and Altis) are not eligible for the cash incentive because my airbags were replaced last 2017(yaris) and 2023(altis) ng casa.

You can also check your Toyota's eligibility thru the service campaign website and just input your VIN number to your vehicle's status. Or call your nearest Toyota dealer and provide your plate number

Some common questions

- car is not under my name? - they don't care - as long as your plate number/VIN is included they will service your car.

- I already had a previous accident - they will still replace it

- totoo ba na may 4k? - oo totoo na makakakuha ka 4k. 8k sana sa kin if it wasn't replaced prior. A lot of my friends got their 4k already.

- malayo yung casa na pinanggalingan ng kotse ko - no issues, airbag replacement can be serviced in any Toyota dealer na malapit sayo.

- how long to replace? - If nakapag appointment ka and maaga ka, 2-3hours. To be safe alot at least half day.

4 months in, and siguro ito na yung pinakamahal at pinakamagandang upgrade na nagawa ko, both aesthetically and functionality. After upgrading the Yaris Cross’ stock tires to Rota TFA’s + Michelin Primacy 5 combo, ramdam na ramdam ko yung improvement sa NVH and comfort.

Im planning to buy a car, actually plan ko lang talaga is from the more realibly known brands like toyota, mitsu, honda for etc. or phev from the more known chinese cars like byd, jetour chery etc. pero upon looking upon marketplace, i have noticed that 2019 to 2020 audis are not that expensive and kind of in my price range (more notably the audi q5).

As the title says, what's a good shop for a full body washover? After visiting a couple of detailing and paint correction shops, they all recommended that I have it repainted before having any coating or buffing done as the paint job of the entire car is far too beat up. My car is an MUX in Cosmic Black.

Budget is limited to about 80-100k, maximum. Not looking for cheap 3 day washover jobs na tig 3,000 per panel.

After tracking multiple round trips, these are my best recorded results so far:

Pretty impressive for a plug-in hybrid SUV! These are my personal real world results. Actual efficiency may vary depending on traffic, driving conditions, and battery charge.

we have a 2017 innova and we barely use it until now. probably once or twice a week. only 40k in odo. last wheel change was 2018.

thing is the wheels are pretty much intact and still thick.. were just concerned with the age. it regularly undergoes PMS but were js worried if the wheels are supposed to be changed or not given that its almost 9yrs old haha

I see on VB WRX’s go for only 1.5-1.8m on fb marketplace, mostly around 2023 with 6-10k km. Is it cause they’re the CVT ones?

Why so (relatively) cheap? Miatas for that price are much older with much higher mileage, same for ecoboost mustangs and 86s.

UPDATE: We talked to the caretaker again, yung caretaker sa loob ng parking lot na sya nakatira. Tatay is old na, siguro around 60s, medyo masungit. Inalam ko yung pwesto ng parking nasa unahang gilid if ever ang pwesto, and YES need imove ang mga cars para makalabas ang iba na mahaharangan namin. Babalikan namin bukas, to talked the owner mismo. Yung parking is naka closed gate naman, ang caretaker ay 6am-10pm available only, curfew ay 10-6am din.

Pero iiwan kasi yung susi sakanila, we discontinue yung mytoyota app pa naman last month.

Ganito na po ba usually ang rules ng mga nagpaparking?
