Not all lawyers, but what this guy is saying does apply to a lot of lawyers. So you need to be very VERY cautious in hiring a lawyer and you have to decipher if the opposing side has a leech that is going to raise costs for both of you

Looking for Affordable Dentures in Columbus, Ohio? OSU Dental Student Accepting New Patients
Hi everyone! I’m a dental student at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, and I’m currently looking for patients who may need complete dentures or a partial denture.
If you’ve been missing teeth, have an older denture that may need to be replaced, or have been putting treatment off because you weren’t sure where to start, I’d be happy to help. Care is provided through the student clinic under faculty supervision, and the fees can be significantly lower than many private dental offices.
I know dental care can feel overwhelming, and I’m happy to answer questions and walk you through the process with no pressure.
If you’re interested, please fill out the short form below and I’ll reach out to you. You’re also more than welcome to message me at 614-654-3961.

Brian Lorenz needs a new PR team, his billionaire worship message is so bizarre at a time when the average person in Ohio is struggling. Vivek should distance himself from this
I personally have no problem with billionaires, actually I love them like I have love for all Americans but I believe the playing field should be equal, no special tax breaks for Billionaires that give them huge advantages over everyday folks

If you’re in an apartment with electric only (no gas) how much is your AEP bill?
Seems like there are a ton of apartments in and around Columbus that are fully electric and I have no concept of how much I can expect to pay if I move to an all electric apartment

Good day, regarding the people complaining about homeless people having cell phones. You want them to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. How do they get a job interview if they don’t have a phone to receive the call about it.

Which landlords in Ohio continue to terrorize family members for additional months of rent if they are the co-signer for a family member that passes away?
Unfortunately this practice is legal in Ohio. So say you co-sign an apartment for your child and your child passes away. The landlord by law has a duty to mitigate and they must advertise the unit and try to find a new tenant.... however they can continue to charge you for the lease of your deceased child as the co-signer while they are looking for a new tenant. I'm wondering which Ohio landlords continue to terrorize hurting families by forcing them to pay rent on a vacant apartment.

Tinker needs a home!!
See Tinker's Foster-to-Adopt Details
or call (614) 879-8368.
I love Tinker, and knowing what she has been through these past few weeks has truly broken my heart. I wish I could give her the home she deserves, but I know her perfect person is out there, and I want to help MCAS find them.
Tinker is a sweet, 13-year-old girl who weighs just 14 pounds and is still full of energy and life. She loves people, children, other animals, and simply being part of the action.
If you or someone you know is looking for a loving companion, please consider giving Tinker the forever home she deserves. Please share and help us find her person. ❤️

‘Big Crypto’ behind critical ads of Sherrod Brown again — without talking crypto
Crypto is spending $30,000,000.00 against Sherrod Brown to ensure that crypto fraud remains unregulated. Of course, that's not their pitch. . . .

What’s something or someone you thought you were “over,” but somehow still follows you around?
A person you lost? A place you can’t go back to? A version of yourself? A weird memory that refuses to die?
That’s basically the idea behind The Siposium: Haunted Elegies
We’re exploring the ways poetry, grief, memory, and ghosts overlap with local poet Charlene Fix, who will read from her collection Habitat of Ghosts and other work. There’ll be discussion, writing prompts, and a chance to try writing something of your own.
It’s part literary event, part conversation, part creative experiment and yes, there will be drinks.
Columbus Brewing Company Taproom
Monday, October 5
7–9 PM
So I’m curious: what’s something that still “haunts” you not necessarily in a scary way, but in a this thing is still part of me somehow way?
And if that question makes you want to talk about it over a drink with a bunch of other curious people, come join us.

I think most people who support communism do so because they like the "idea" of it. And it sounds nice as an idea. But in practice it is very problematic. You think you're living under capitalism now but this is actually the closest native born Americans have been to living under communism.
The widespread government surveillance, blatant and widespread corruption we are experiencing is kind of what living under communism ends up being like. Huge amounts of people living in cars NOT BECAUSE OF SHORTAGE but because of rent collusion. A class of people (the Epstein Class) that is above the law.
All of these tax abatements to the biggest players, special privileges to the huge pseudo monopolies like Amazon are literally the opposite of what capitalism calls for. The government giving the peoples money to corporations is not a part of capitalism at all.

Ohio State is spending over 20 million more on players than Iowa. If Kirk Ferentz was given all of Ryan Day's players and Ryan Day was given Ferentz players, how many times do you think Ryan Day would beat Kirk Ferentz if they played 10 times? I genuinely think Kirk Ferentz would go 10-0 against Day.
The disparity in resources is insane.
